Enjoy Old Naples charm in this one-of-a-kind, three-level townhouse in the heart of Old Naples. Quick walk to the beach, 3 blocks from Cambier Park for a round of tennis or basketball or to hear a concert. Stroll to Fifth Avenue for dinner and the theater. Dock your boat at the marina across the street. Notable features include an attached 2-car garage, 6-person golf cart with a beach parking permit, guest parking, patios to enjoy morning coffee, beach chairs and towels, yeti coolers for your enjoyment. Our townhome also has a brand new washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six people. You may want to rent a car if you are planning on going on day trips but often we Uber from Fort Myers or Punta Gorda airports and then walk and golf cart everywhere; 5th Ave, 3rd St, marina, beach, Cambier Park, wellness fitness center, Marcus Daniel, CVS, Wynne’s Grocery, etc. There is so much to do so close to our place and all within a short walk or golf cart ride.

Highly recommend this Townhome. The host is extremely responsive and went over and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The house was very clean and comfortable and the added bonus of the Golf Cart made getting to the beach and grocery store a cinch ! Our host John reached out a few weeks before our trip to share restaurants, massages and things to do in Naples. We are already booked for 2027 . Thank you for sharing your lovely property !

The townhome was beautiful and vey clean with all the amenities we wanted for our vacation! The golf cart was an extra bonus to get around town and to the beach.Our host John was amazing and he was so easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed to make our time in Naples wonderful!

This townhome was absolutely perfect. The location could not be better — right in the heart of Old Naples, steps from 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, and just minutes to the beach.The owner was amazing — incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful both leading up to and throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described.The golf cart was a huge perk and made getting around Old Naples so easy and fun — truly an added bonus that elevated the experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

We had such a great stay at this great property, perfectly located in Old Naples. The golf cart came up huge, as it was easy to scoot to the beach or to the restaurants on 5th or 3rd. The condo itself was perfect too, and had plenty of room to spread out, work remotely, read on the screened area, etc. The host was accommodating and super responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

Best Stay Ever In Naples

We have been coming to Naples a couple times per year for the past 6 years. This stay was fabulous. Great location. Can walk to everything Old Town (5th Ave, 3rd Street S, Tin City)… but why walk when you are provided a 6 passenger golf cart. Property has all you will ever need and more. Perfect décor. Clean. Everything works perfectly. Host answered any question that we had. Wish we had another weekarose during stay.

Naples Vacation

I loved staying there. Everything you need is there. Golf Cart was a special feature! It’s a bit noisy from the airport and some traffic on 10th street but by the time we went to sleep between 9-10 PM it was quiet and sleep wasn’t disturbed. Clean and updated. Everything is close by and the beaches are beautiful and literally 3 minutes by golf cart. Great Place! Thanks

Great Naples spot

The location is great. You can walk to 5th Ave, Tin City and more. Easy access to highway 41 and Goodlette Frank. Golf cart with beach parking is a much desired bonus! Townhome is attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, especially since we had bad weather and were stuck inside more than we hoped.
