I had an amazing experience staying at Jenny’s property. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Jenny was an exceptional host—quick to communicate, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about making her guests feel at home.I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend Jenny’s place to anyone looking for a fantastic VRBO stay!

Quite Noisy

There was nothing listed about a family living directly above the home. It’s advertised as a private, quiet home with four bedrooms. There is only three. The so-called fourth is in the garage off to the side and is accessed by the family living upstairs. We could not sleep at all from the noise and maybe garnered three total hours. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great host- property description misleading

Jenny was a fantastic host. Her property was great for a short term stay. This is really a three bedroom two bathroom. The fourth bedroom and bathroom requires a walk down per set of stairs into a garage that is dingy and dirty. From there, across a dank and musty hallway Into a basement bedroom and bathroom. We were a group of 7. Nobody felt ok down there so we all crammed upstairs and locked the door! I recommend Jenny update the basement access, and improve living conditions downstairs before recommending people stay down there at this price point. Parking is very easy and the home has everything we needed otherwise.

Great location to stay for the Fiveboro bike tour we attended.

The property's convenient location offered proximity to all train stations needed. It was able to accommodate a large group, including children. I would certainly consider staying again if it is available during my next visit for the event. Furthermore, the host was very responsive to my inquiries.

Good place for a big group, issues resolved quickly

We had a big group and liked this place because of the location and size. We had a few hiccups (heat, a broken window, parking questions) that were resolved quickly with one phone call or one text. The 4th bedroom is located behind the garage which wasn’t an issue for us since adults were staying there, but just a note for anyone with kids. Jenny was quick to communicate and answered all of my questions. The place was super clean, and having multiple bathrooms and a large kitchen was great for our large group. We were also 15m away from American Dream Mall and other attractions, so we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Jenny!

Online listed as a 4 bedroom, the 4th bedroom is in the basement and the tenants upstairs have access to the room. No kitchenware available. No washcloths provided. Listed as having onsite laundry but it cost $40. I did speak to the host at checkout and she stated the laundry for not cost but upon trying to use it asked for payment

Disappointing

Listing did not mention that other people live at the property (above the apartment). They had children running around at all hours of the day/night throughout our stay and we could hear them very clearly. Parking was an issue, the driveway shown in the pictures is not the spot you get to park in. You get to park in a vacant lot one house down. The game room is accessible to both the unit you are renting and the people who live above you, so some of our party who planned to sleep down there didn’t feel comfortable that’s was accessible by other people. The street is a two-way street but people park on both sides of the road so it makes it difficult to drive.
