St. Joe never disappoints

So I want to start off with Sally and Jeff was amazing host! They accommodated our situation and my family thanks you and will always be grateful for it! This house will always hold a special place in our hearts , we got to bring our dog Meech who has cancer. This was his 3rd time to this area and a great trip for our family . The house was in a super quiet neighborhood, the loudest thing was the frogs after a good rain.the drive way was super nice and big. Was easy to back up to the doors and unload groceries and bags. My daughter (5years old) absolutely loved the bunk beds, the Tv in the bottom bunk was a major hit with her . She wanted to spend her time in that room. The house was super clean , had plenty of blankets and towels for us. The couch was extra comfy for lounging and watching movies . The bed was comfy and slept really well! There was a ton of books on the self, and my wife found her one right off and enjoyed it during down time! The Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking , Even had taco seasoning for the save of the day when we forgot some at the Piggly wiggly! So thanks for the extra spices on hand! The outdoor shower was a must after having a day at the beach , made getting the sand off super easy! The house at the front of the house also made it nice to wash off chairs and beach toys after a day at the beach . The front porch was nice for morning or rainy times of the day, very relaxing and kept the bugs off us. We didn’t use the back porch table but would be a great area to eat a meal. The washer and dryer was a major plus , not having to hunt for a laundry mat was great . All in all, this is one of the best houses we have stayed at in this area. It’s a short walk or drive to the beach, where you can park and walk down. Plus short drive to gas station or dollar store for items needed. The piggly wiggly and any of the shops or eating in Port St. Joe is a super short drive too. I would recommend going out to the Cape for Ice cream at Perry’s, it was delicious, and the cape has great areas to pull off , or go into the State park. The only complaint we have about this place , is we didn’t stay longer ! I had to promise my daughter we would stay at this house again. So if your looking for a quite, amazing , relaxing place to stay , this is your house!!

Great Beach Cottage

Beautiful property. Inside you will find everything you would want for a trip away. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Outside, the screened in porch was very relaxing after a day at the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Beach was a short walk. We cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful spot for our family

My family had the best time at Mini Pearl. It was the perfect setup for us, King for my husband and me and spacious bunk beds for the kids. Super clean! We played games and cards in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower is awesome. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

The Mini Pearl is a hidden treasure. This house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need from kitchen items to bathroom amenities to extra linens. The beach is 2 short blocks and there is a great restaurant within walking distance. We found pickleball and a dog park just a few miles away. We had a great visit and will be back soon!

Outstanding

Clean and I'm picky! Comfortable cottage with absolutely everything you need, short walk to the beach even though I use a walking cane. Our dog loved the beach more than we did. Convenient to Dollar General and close to Piggly Wiggly. We would have extended our stay but it was already booked. Great value in this beautiful beach cottage and great communication from Jeff. Can't wait to come back and stay next year.
