La casa se encuentra en un lote grande con mucho estacionamiento. Casa de vacaciones familiar privada durante 50 años a los mismos propietarios. Cubierta envolvente. Todo vallado y cerrado. Casa grande de 2 niveles. Calefacción central y aire. Televisor de pantalla grande con Directv, WiFi. Ubicado en el Bosque Nacional Shasta-Trinity, ofrece excelentes actividades como paseos en bote, wakeboard, esquí acuático y jet ski, natación, senderismo, ciclismo, pesca o relajación. La presa de Shasta, y todas sus maravillas, se encuentra a 15 minutos en bote o 20 minutos en auto. Se puede acceder a las cavernas de Shasta en barco. Dog Creek y el río Sacramento son excelentes para el rafting o la búsqueda de oro con sus playas de arena y aguas cristalinas. Las casas frente al mar de Shasta Lake son el lugar ideal para pasar los veranos calurosos. Todo lo que necesitas es un gran sombrero, bloqueador solar y ropa de baño. Disfrute de unas excelentes vacaciones, como lo hemos hecho durante más de 50 años.

My family stayed for a week! Kids grandkids! We had the best time, very relaxing with beautiful views and deer!! We spent a lot of time in the pool! I would definitely stay there again!! Lonnie and Linda are very friendly, great people!!

Lonnie was on top of everything—super communicative and made sure our questions (and pet fees) didn’t get lost in the void. The house was clean and comfy. Outside, it was basically a bee convention—but hey, they mostly kept to themselves, and we respected their right to pollinate in peace. Overall, a pleasant and buzz-worthy stay!

Wonderful spot

Our four families loved this house. Clean, close access to boating and then relaxing in the pool afterwards. Plenty of room to move about. Owner very responsive. We hope to be back!

Great in all advertised ways, I definitely recommend staying here while visiting Shasta lake. My only complaints are: - some trash was left in a dresser drawer that should have been checked and cleaned out before we arrived- there's a single step on the deck that's easy to miss (we had one fall, but she's ok). Some caution tape or signage would be nice.

Family Weekend

This place was perfect for our family weekend. We had a group of 10 adults and 5 babies from 2months to 4 years old. Lonnie and Linda are amazing and very helpful. we loved the house set up and made good use of the pool and hot tub. The water was high in the lake, so it was perfect for our kayaks and small boat. We will be back for sure.

Great stay

Super fun trip, as the house had everything that our three-generation family and friends needed. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the view and the ease of cooking in the kitchen. All beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Our dog enjoyed exploring the property outside. Thanks for a great stay, we would love to come back.

Amazing views with the full lake, enjoyed the time at the house and out on the lake. The house was the best stocked of all the rentals we've been, it had everything you could need. Great communication with the hosts!

House was very spacious and clean. The view of the lake was amazing from the deck! Kitchen had all the supplies and appliances you could ask for; regular and Keurig coffee makers, crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, plastic bags, foil, spices, lots of silverware and dishes. Master bathroom had the largest shower. Both stories of the house and the pool were accessible without using the stairs. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

Totally understood the high ratings this property received, everything stated was true. Great Hosts, amenities and location. Roomy for 11 party family vacation great open concept, didn’t feel cramped at all. Enough options to pick from to enjoy ourselves. Hosts very responsive and very friendly.

Perfect Vacation House

No complaints! Had a group of 11 and had plenty of room and seating. Great location! Beautiful home, well stocked, clean, pool and hot tub were a huge bonus! Would definitely stay here again and again. The hosts were awesome! We love Shasta!

WoWZA! Beautiful home on the lake!

Open airy home with A/C and plenty of beds for 14 adults and children. Great location on a back bay just above Tsasdi’s. Two mile drive to the market and 3 miles to the public launch ramp. Very clean and comfortable! Includes a pool, spa, grill, pool table and easy walking to the lakeshore. Great communication with the owners and very accommodating. Paddle boarding and fishing in the bay was so peaceful. We’ll definitely return next year.

Best spot ever!!

This was a beautiful, clean property in a great neighborhood. House was spotless and the hosts were great. We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and had plenty of space to move around. Huge family room, tons of kitchen space and the kids had the whole downstairs to themselves. Tons of clean towels, comfy beds and every dish/pot/pan we could dream of. Will definitely book this place again!

Absolutely Best House For Family Reunion

Just got home from our annual Shasta family reunion with my children and their spouses. This by far was the best house we have rented at Shasta. It is spacious and perfect for accommodating large families. The amenities were great and well thought out. The trip went absolutely flawless and the location and view from the back porch were breath taking. Highly recommend this house. Will definitely be back.

Lakefront Fun

This property is amazing. We can walk to the boat, jetski's, and paddle boards and have fun all day, then return to the pool and hot tub at night. The house is large and has beds and rooms for the whole family. We even set up an outdooor movie theater. Well stocked. It is beautiful, relaxing, and well worth your time.

Lake House That Has it All!

We spent 4 days at this Amazing home with 2 families! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out, we’re never bored with every amenity you could think of, pool, hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes, dart board, pool table, BBQ and more. The kitchen it stocked with anything you might need! Lonnie was always responsive and a great host! We are already planning our trip next summer with our boats!

Home was very clean and much nicer than the pictures show. Exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was amazingly stocked. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 9 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and great room with queen bunks for the kids. Home well maintained with amazing views from the decks. Lots of outdoor seating and tables. Large fenced yard in quiet neighborhood. Could hear the train but didn’t bother us. August so lake was down but the guys able to hike down the steep incline and fish. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the pool table and darts. Owner was very communicative. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

A beautiful family vacation house. Perfect as a family get-a-way or couples retreat. Secluded in the mountains among tall pines, sitting on one of California's largest reservoir lakes, that include cool caverns (after a patio-boat ride across the lake and a short bus ride!), sun-set cruise dinners done by a local business, swimming, fishing, hiking, Shasta Dam, many, many places to explore, yet not too far from the the city of Redding.
