Este apartamento se encuentra en el corazón de la zona de Isla Verde, frente a El San Juan Hotel & Casino y el Intercontinental Hotel & Casino. Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, un gran dormitorio con una cama doble, un baño completo, sala de estar y comedor, balcón y tiene aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. La sala de estar es enorme, con puertas de vidrio que dan al balcón con vistas parciales a la playa. El apartamento también ofrece 1 estacionamiento, Wi-Fi y televisión por cable. Puede acomodar fácilmente a 4 invitados; dos en la cama real, dos en un colchón de aire completo disponible o un futón gemelo.
El condominio tiene Lavandería, una bonita piscina y cancha de tenis. Hay restaurantes, hoteles de 5 estrellas, casinos, farmacias, tiendas, todo dentro de un área de 1 a 4 millas. Hay transporte público como autobuses, taxis, o incluso puedes caminar a muchos de estos lugares.

Communication with the host was great. Unfortunately, there was a water outage while we were there, but we got daily updates from our host, which was very helpful. Laundry facilities were limited during the water outage, but were good when the water was restored. The condo was spotless, nicely decorated and well stocked. Location is great; 5 minute walk to the beach and a pharmacy and about 10 minute walk to a grocery. Beautiful pool and very friendly neighbors. Also, very easy to get around the area on the bus, which is free

Excellent Place & Location

The owner Melba was super great to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean. The location is excellent close to everything by just walking out. Very good and painless experience, Thank You!!!!

Great property

Very clean, quick walk to several places to eat, not far from the beach. Communication great when i had a question, check in easy, perfect for two people. We were not in condo much during our stay, but was comfortable well we were.

We were pleasantly surprised, we had to book this last minute. Location awesome, Condo very nice, Had everything we needed. Pool was an added bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Now we know.

This property was a last minute booking and exactly what I was looking for. Nice, cozy and clean with everything you need for a few days at the beach. Is not ocean view but beach is just a short walk across the street. There are plenty of dinning options . Grocery store is just a block behind. There is no oven just range. But microwave comes with grill and there is also toaster oven. Building facilities where nice (pool, kids play area, laundry, I there was a Gym but didn’t visit) Bed was king size very comfortable. The couch in the living room was also good for a nice nap. The kitchen is small as you would expect for any one bedroom apartment but it has everything you need to cook a good meal ( I basically used it for breakfast or reheat leftovers ) Will definitely recommend

Enjoyed our stay but was it very noisy with loud cars, motorcycles and blaring music from cars driving down street all night. Also a dog barking loudly from condo next to our elevator every time we walked by or got on elevator. Condo needed updating especially in bathroom.

The property is in very nice condition and in a great location. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is very functional. The apartment also has a washer and dryer unit in the kitchen which is very convenient. The front door has a keyless entry system which we liked and the parking is easily accesible. The beach is just across the street and there's a pool downstairs. Things to note: There is no beach view from the balcony, partial or otherwise. Also, there's A/C in the bedroom only so the rest of the apartment may get warm. There are ceiling fans and a portable fan that help with this. On a side note, many of the fast food establishments around the property had their dine-in lobbies closed most of the time but there were many other restaurants nearby. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay.

The owners instructions were very clear. The property was clean. There were a few windows in the bedroom that did not close so it resulted in a lot of noise being heard late into the night. I didn't want to touch the windows for fear of breaking them (I wasn't sure how to shut them). Also there is an air conditioner in the bedroom that works well, but it is loud. There is a ceiling fan in the main living room but no air which was not a problem for me. There is also a really nice sized tv in the living room. My only recommendation would be to put a tv in the bedroom. It was very nice being so close to the beach which is one block over. This was my first time in this area while visiting Puerto Rico. The area was nice and vibrant at night. It was also nice being only 5 minutes from the airport. Sometimes the planes fly over the area but it wasn't very often.

Appartement très bien situé , proche d’une très belle plage ( 5 minutes à pieds), et de toutes les commodités ( restaurants, supermarché, fast food). Bien équipé , tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est présent,avec laverie dans l’immeuble. Et la piscine est parfaite.

This was a beautifully maintained gated building with a wonderful host. At the time of booking, there was so much information on the page that I didn't realize the unit only slept two people. Back home, one bedroom units usually have a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate two more so I was under the assumption that this was the same. Anyhow, when I realized this, it was just a few days before our trip. I contacted the host with my concern and she immediately replied that she had an air mattress that she could leave on property for my kiddos. Melba was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we all had a wonderful vacation. The kids even enjoyed sleeping on the air mattress and said it was more comfortable than the bed. This was truly a fantastic accommodation and we will definitely be back!

Loved the location....

Feedback from Oklahoma! We loved the area where this building is located. Due to our busy schedule, we didn’t get to use or enjoy most of the amenities offered, but they were available as listed on the HomeAway page. The building offers security 24-7 and offers a private parking. The condo is very accessible to other businesses and a walking distance to the beach, hotels, clubs, restaurants, pharmacies, groceries and liquor stores. Melba, the owner, promptly responded to all our questions and concerns throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable and secured. We will recommend this condo to other interested renters for their business or vacation time in Puerto Rico.

Great Location........but

Due to the protest across the street at the El San Juan Hotel, that started at 8 am and lasted all day until 10 pm, our vacation was interrupted every morning and through out the day during the time we were in the Condo (I certainly agreed with the reason for the protest due to the firing of 70 employees from the Casino that closed and these employees were promised the casino would re-open and they were lied too, the Local Union got involved) but this made for interrupted sleep and relaxing while on vacation, considering we are Seniors who wanted to relax, sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. I'm sure if we had known in advance, there was a protest starting the day after we arrived and lasted the full 15-days we were there, we would have picked another location. The condo was nice, as I said great location, very quiet building, nice pool area, the owner Melba was reachable and answered questions, her Mother met us on arrival and gave us the keys, Suri was a friendly person. As I told the owner my only complaint was the mattress, it was not comfortable. The owner was apologetic and promise to look into getting a new one, the Condo had everything as stated in the profile, she even added a DVD player for our stay, the kitchen was stocked w/dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans. Well stock in towels, sheets, iron, beach chairs and wide open closet space, very clean and plenty of space to move around for 2-people (there was someone in the property above our unit doing some remodeling work and a few days during our stay there was noise) all in all we had a great stay at the property (again with the exception of the protest at the El San Juan Hotel which I was told would last until the end of March) I visit PR every year but by far this location was better, had more to offer and close to other major restaurants, the beach, stores etc. I would recommend the property and location, Melba is a great owner, I did not get a chance to meet her but she was always friendly over the phone and always responded to my txt. The Security personnel at the Condo were great, we went to the grocery store on our first night there and on our return to the Condo the security guard got us a push cart to carry our bags to the apartment, for me that went above what was called for and I was thankful, both women were always friendly.
