Magnífico condominio de estudio en el corazón de Old Town PV. Minutos de todo! Cerca de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y playa. ¡Única, hermosa terraza en la azotea y piscina!

¡Simplemente sal por la puerta principal y estarás paseando en un encantador PV! No hay colinas para subir! Justo en el medio de todo lo que hay que hacer en PV! Restaurante Row, Playa Los Muertos, el Malecon !!! Todo dentro de unos minutos de esta unidad.

Our Second year here.

We love the location. Only criticism is the complex TV cable situation which we could finally figure out. Great facilities, great security and great location.

It couldn't have been better. Great location, eEasy access, elevator, great security, short block to good eating, close to the beach, quiet, Great TV, Fully stocked kitchen, superb property manager who checked on us daily to see if there was anything that she could do for us.

Wrong time for the beautiful sunset.

Liked the Thursday nights get togethers. Was great to get to know fellow renters. The one thing that I could complain about was that the Kitchen needed more silverware. Enjoyed our stay.

First time with VRBO

Overall the unit and the location to activies were awesome. Our unit was clean, appointed well and very comfortable. Only a few annoyances such as very little hot water at the bathroom sink and a musty odor when we first entered. These did not affect our stay at all and we would certainty book again.

If you can survive without a balcony, this is ideal!

This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta, and I would not think twice about staying in this exact unit again for a return trip. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars nearby, the beach is a short walk away, and yet, the location is quiet for sleeping. Note: I stayed with a friend, and judging by the current photos, we weren't sure if the toilet would be private, or not. It is. There is a frosted glass door! Thank you, Michael, for offering your space!

Great studio suite in the heart of ZR

Overall, the suite is accurately described in the listing. It is a good option for a single or couple to use as a base of operation while exploring PV. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth and the unit was spotlessly clean on checkin . The unit is well equiped with everything you could need, plenty of high pressure hot water. The bed is softer than I prefer but that is a personal preference. The building is fantastic, specially the pool deck. Over all, I highly recommend this condo.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

Great location for enjoying the nightlife, but far enough removed as to not hear the very late music! Close to great restaurants and very close to the beach, markets and shopping! The condo was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay. The bldg. was very nice and maintained well. The concierge was friendly. The rooftop pool and deck were perfect for sunsets and relaxation.

Perfect for a couple.

It was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen (even thought we didn’t cook there) and laundry room and the location is fabulous. It is close to everything we needed - fabulous restaurants, shopping, activities, walking/hiking trails. The rooftop area was beautiful and the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunsets. It was quiet in our room. We were never disturbed or woken up by anyone during our stay. The security was reassuring and the people manning the front doors were friendly. The only thing we would’ve liked was more privacy in the actual bathroom as it has an opaque glass door and situated close to rest of the room. If that’s not an issue for you, this is the place for you to stay. The sink, shower and toilet are each in their own areas though so more than one person can use them at once so they was nice. Roger and Jesús were wonderful to meet and communicate with. It is an affordable place to stay and had everything y we needed.

Booking again now for next year!

The pictures online do not do this property justice. Everything was immaculate; from the kitchen supplies, to the cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, beautiful tile floors, the shower, the rain drop shower head, concierge service, the rooftop pool, the hot tub, staff of the building, and location location location. We visit Puerto Vallarta every year, and this is definitely where we will be staying from now on until we retire there. It is definitely my favorite spot so far. The space is so much nicer and so much larger than it looks online. Again, the pictures do not do the place justice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish that there was a spot for more than five stars. Don’t look this place over. It’s perfect for you and your spouse/partner.

Perfect location

This condo was as advertised in the description. It had all that you needed. We didnt cook any food but it had all the cookware necessary. The water pressure was fine after we turned up the knob under the bathroom sink faucet. The A/C worked just fine and wasn’t as noisy as some hotels we’ve stayed at so it didnt disturb our sleep. Lupita, the property manager met us when we arrived and left and was always available by text to help out with questions and even brought us batteries for the remote when it went out. The doormen were helpful too. The only thing i would wish for were pillows that were smaller and less dense. My neck did not like any of the pillows so I couldn’t sleep very well. Pool was not heated but the outside air was hot. I would recommend the place to friends.

Great Location!

Perfect location that is close to everything anyone could want! Nice quiet unit that is very comfortable and convenient to quickly to the rooftop pool or the lobby to go out locally…highly recommended condo!

PV is wonderful and the location of this condo is the best. Walk right out of the door to the magical streets of PV. The smell of the local bakery is in the air!
Close to everything!! The rooftop terrace is the most amazing, beautiful space! An oasis right in the middle of everything!
