The property was an amazing location with everything we needed. It was fresh, clean and cool. Carol was very helpful with all my questions. And at check in she patiently filled us in on every detail of the house,boat and property. Our group of 24, ages 5-72 had the best ever family reunion ever! Rain or shine there was always something for us to do. So many bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space for games and fun. Also beautiful updates to the bunk room and penthouse suite. We'll definitely try to do this trip again and everyone in our group agrees! Thank you Carol.

This excellent river house on the Rainbow River has all the outdoor and indoor amenities as shown in the listing. We were a group of dads with kids. The dock has great views of the river and the fish and turtles below. The kids loved the rope swing. The included boat worked perfectly and was taken up the river. The hour or so tube float back to the house near the state park is ideal. The house is huge with all the needed indoor amenities. A perfect place for larger groups.

Carol was a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. The house was very spacious and well-equipped, catering to everyone in a group with ages ranging from 5 to 72. It is also very well located on the river so you can easily engage in whichever water activity your heart desires. We saw so much beautiful wildlife and had an absolutely fantastic time. Can't recommend this place enough for large families!

We take an annual trip to Rainbow River every year with the same friends group, and I can honestly say that this house was hands down AMAZING!!! We are already planning our trip back for next year! The house is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you will ever need and decorated nicely! The pontoon boat is a true game changer as it allows you to take or pull tubes, paddleboards, and kayaks upstream.....then float back to the house. The kids especially enjoyed the gorgeous dock and rope swing. I really can't say enough about the house.....the pictures absolutely do NOT do it justice! The homeowners have truly put thought and money into this home to ensure it is enjoyed by all who stay there. Great communication. Very clean, and can seat large groups (which we really appreciated). We will be staying here every year!!!! For reference, we had 28 people and plenty of space for everyone......with beds left over and empty!!!Lots of laughs, good times, and memories made by all!!!!

Great stay for a group birthday weekend. We had 7 couples and the property had plenty of space for everyone. The highlight was definitely the river access and the pontoon boat. There were also lots of water toys and kayaks, which made it easy to spend the day floating and relaxing on the river. We also really enjoyed being able to go down the river to Swampy’s.Everything went smoothly, and we had no problems during the stay. Overall, it was a fun, comfortable, and easy place for a group trip. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Our stay was great! The hosts provide you with everything you need and more. It's a perfect place for a large group of friends or family. There is no shortage of games and entertainment. The river access is incredible.

Had a wonderful experience renting this property for a friend's 60th birthday and we had a group of 20 women at the house and it never felt crowded. There was something for everyone to do during the day (kayaks, pontoon boat, floats were awesome) and the Kitchen and BBQ area was perfect for entertaining and cooking for large group. We had a blast and made the best memories!!

Perfect Family place

We spent a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend enjoying the home and the river. It was relaxing and welcoming, lots of places to gather, and lots of opportunity to enjoy the river. Great weekend, great house for family gathering together.

Great place for family holiday

The home is very spacious, clean and the owner is very accommodating. We enjoyed the beautiful River view. Great cooking accommodations for large crowds. We will definitely be back. Loved this place.

Mom's Birthday

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was non-stop fun! I would recommend staying here for any family events. Ray Shelton was accommodating and wonderful person to rent from.

Get there now! Wish we were there! Great family location.

We loved it here! Ray and his family treated us to a great time. We needed good quality family time and that's exactly what we got on this layed back relaxing river. Its scary choosing a place to stay via the internet however I was throrughly impressed with the results. We wish we could be there now!

Great communication with the owner, excellent place for a large family to get together.

Our family had a great time . Rooms provide privacy as they are spaced apart through out the home. Backyard sitting right on the beautiful Rainbow River.

Ray the owner was very helpful through the process. The house is great for large groups and the river is beautiful. I would recommend for any family or friend group. We will be back I hope.

Great vacation spot for the family.

We try to do an annual trip to the river. We used to rent a home without the pontoon boat then rent one. It is nice to have one already at the property. This house is amazing and great for the kids.
