- Must be 25 Years old to rent.
- Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and maintain quite during these times.
- Must sign short term contract prior to obtaining access.
- No unregistered guests or parties/events. NO weddings, engagement, baby showers, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette, any work related group outings, etc. This is a VACATION home to relax, recharge, and reconnect. No parties whatsoever, you'll be asked to leave immediately if there is a party. Our neighbors will call us if there is a party. Exterior Video cameras are present for your safety and to deter parties.
- Hot Tub Rules (Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty, Shower before entering to keep water clean, No food, drinks, or glass containers in or near the tub, Children must be supervised at all times - No children under 12. Do not use the hot tub if pregnant or intoxicated. Close and Lock cover when not in use. Max usage time: 20 minutes per session)
- This home is a in the wilderness, Children must be supervised at all times!
- Do not feed any wildlife, alligators or other. This is against Florida law.
- Guests are responsible for all wildlife interactions.
- We do not recommend swimming in the Withlacoochee River.
- PETS: Firstly, we love pets and believe they need vacations too! But we also need to keep the house super clean for all our guests. We have a two (2) pet limit (dogs only), no exceptions. All pets must be registered in your reservation PRIOR to your check-in. Unregistered pets discovered on premise are subject to an additional $200 "Pet Discovery Fee" fee each, plus the normal nightly pet fee. If you bring a pet please respect the home and keep them off all furniture; couches, sofas, tables, chairs, beds, and especially bedding; additional cleaning fees may be assessed when pet hair is found on furniture and bedding as these require extensive, additional outside services.
