La unidad 3-402 es un piso superior de dos habitaciones, dos ba��os en Kamaole Sands se encuentra en el Edificio Preferido 3. Cuenta con vistas al mar, jardín y piscina. pisos de baldosas de la entrada a través de la sala a la terraza da una sensación de frescura. La sala de estar cuenta con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana de 42 ', DVD, CD, Internet de alta velocidad y área de comedor independiente.
NOVEDADES EN 2019: ¡Todos los muebles nuevos de la sala de estar: sofá cama, silla, mesa de centro, mesas laterales, mesa de televisión, otomana! La cocina está muy bien equipada para hacer el comedor en una brisa. La escalera de caracol hasta el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, ventilador de techo y baño privado. El baño cuenta con una ducha a ras de suelo y un tocador nuevo con encimera de granito.
En la planta principal se encuentra el dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales, aire acondicionado portátil, ventilador de techo y TV. El baño de invitados de tamaño completo tiene hermosos azulejos, tocador y encimera de granito. También hay una lavadora y secadora para mayor comodidad.
Las reservaciones para el mismo día (lo que significa que la llegada es dentro de las 24 horas de haber realizado la reserva) requieren una llamada telefónica a Rentals Maui para su confirmación.
Kamaole Sands es un paisaje tropical, tiene una piscina, piscina para niños, jacuzzi, tenis, zonas de barbacoa en todo y una sala de fitness. Justo al otro lado de la calle es Kamaole Beach Park III, una playa favorito de los lugareños y turistas por igual. Overall, great property and location for our needs on vacation - check-in was super easy despite it being midnight. The unit itself was clean and had a lot of amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs and the umbrellas. Would love to see softer lighting in the bedrooms, along with better pillows throughout. Also, the downstairs shower head was really clogged from hard water, so it sprayed everywhere. Thoughtful touches like that go a long way! Overall, I would stay here again.

Beautiful Cono and Facilities!

This was perfect place for us! Plenty of space to relax. The facility had lots of wonderful and clean features. We enjoyed the pool, gym, racket ball courts and on site gear rentals

Heaven here on earth!

Wonderful and conveient for all things we wanted to do: hot tub at the end of the day; Kamaole 3 right across the street with great life guards; loved the spiral staircase to the loft; the peace and quiet ...and "morning wakeup" from Franklins & roosters!

Would suggest black out curtains for downstairs king bedroom. Walkway light directly in front of window & very bright all night long. Otherwise no other issues.

Fantastic stay!

I only ever want to stay at Kam Sands! The grounds are immaculate. The condos are quiet and peaceful. The pool is well maintained. The staff is so friendly. This suite was so stocked with everything we could ever need for our stay. We are incredibly happy with this unit! Will be back for sure. Aloha and Mahalo!

Nice overall unit.

Have stayed at this complex before. It’s in a good area right across from beach. Enjoyed using the gym. Pool area was small but ok. Wish there was additional pool for how many units there are on the property. Pool always looked cloudy and had a lot of film stuff floating on the top. We had a nice stay and property is located near lots of restaurants within walking distance which was nice.

Roof construction was a factor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. They had tore off all the roofs so tropical storm came through because there was plastic paper on part of the roof it leaked in The middle of the night all over bed had to be moved to new condo. Property management responded immediately and moved us.

The complex responded quickly with getting the roofers out on a Sunday, in the rain, to do what they could to stop the leaking. Thank you for the quick report and your cooperation in moving just two doors down. A few sunny days followed.

It was nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and very comfortable for the 4 of us adults and 1 newborn baby. Check-in and Check-out were easy and the people at the resort were great. It felt like I was at the resort, surrounded by family and friends - everyone was so nice. We cooked out on the grills nearly every night and there were people from all over the world there, cooking and eating, almost like a picnic.Could not ask for more.We would highly recommend Kamaole Sands!

Our overall impression of this property, as well as, surrounding areas of this complex is 5 stars. However, one thing that might be a recommendation would be an additional AC unit in the loft area. Even with the AC unit running downstairs, the ceiling fans and individual floor fans the loft area was uncomfortably hot. As far as the rest of the unit - it was clean, inviting and full stocked with all the essentials. The surrounding outside area of the complex was breathtaking and made waking up every morning to truly be a day in paradise.

There tend to be two types of short term vacation rentals - ones that go above in beyond in trying to create great experiences for their guests, & ones that get by doing the bare minimum. This rental unfortunately is the latter. Pros- Great location - our 3rd time staying at Kamaole Sands. Love the proximity to beaches, the pool, & amenities. - Booking was easy & responses were timely. We did complete ID verification because it was within 7 days but that was quick. - Instructions were emailed & easy to follow- Great AC in each room that kept the unit comfortable all day. - Supply of beach chairs, snorkels, coolers, umbrellas - some need to be replaced as they are broken. - TV in every roomCons- Unit is dated and has deferred maintenance including rust in the refrigerator, oven that wobbles, doors that need to be painted, spiral staircase railing needs to be tightened (creaky), bathroom vents needs to be cleaned, shower doors that need to be cleaned- Mismatched furniture & artwork- No counter stools - only 4 chairs even though the unit sleeps 6. - Very cheap toilet paper, paper towels, & soap provided. No tissues. Bring your own! - We were there during the tsunami warning. We did get a text noting evacuation routes were listed in the condo. We looked around - nothing showing what routes to take. - Dated stereo with 3 disc changer, headphone plug, but no bluetooth. Overall a 3 star rental that could be better with some upgrades and TLC.

We enjoyed our stay.

This unit has great potential however electrical outlets inside and outside will not meet electrical code. It would be nice to have instructions for TV usage. Cupboards and countertops nicely updated. Staircase needs work and refinishing. Floors in bedrooms need updating either new carpet or flooring. Nail/pin was in downstairs bedroom carpet in which my brother in law was stuck with in foot. He bleed steady from wound until stopped with pressure. We cleaned floor and placed pin in ashtray by phone. We appreciated the abundance of towels and wash clothes. Nice appliances and kitchen supplies for usage. Thanks for allowing us to use your unit as we had enjoyable two weeks.

Reviewer Comments: ALl I can say about this rental unit needs bathroom renos.The carpets were filthy,as were the floors.I scraped food(I think)of the living room and kitchen is evident the owners never stay in this unit.Burnt out light bulbs,broken storage bin on lanai(I attempted)to repair.I had to purchase duct tape to repair the air conditioning outlet in lower bedroom.The hose was coming apart.The short story,cleaning person is not doing the job the owner is paying for.

Excellent stay

Reviewer Comments: The property was located right across the street from a nice beach and an area where people get together to watch the sunset so you can't beat that. The condo was clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth. We did have to go back because the parking spot they initially assigned us was taken so we had to park in another spot for the first night of our stay. No big deal. First night we had a backed up toilet that needed to be looked at by a plumber. Called the after hour front desk. Talked to a live person. Luckily there was two bathrooms. The plumber was sent out first thing in the morning to take care of the problem. The condo provided coffee filters, plenty of dishwashing tabs and laundry tabs which was a nice touch because the other condo in the same complex we stayed in last year barely gave laundry or dishwashing tab and no coffee filters. The A/C unit was excellent. We did not have to use it that much but on days that we needed to turn it on it cooled the places down quickly. Everything food or activities from the property is walking distance. If you wanted other food everything is within 5-10 min drive from the condo. We did snorkeling at Polo beach. We did Kayaking at Makena state park beach. We drove to Twin falls and spent a day jumping off waterfalls. We visited Big Beach. We visited Baby Beach. We only used the pool once. Kids played ping pong. Condo offered chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and boogie boards so you have everything at your convenience. Overall a great stay.

We do apologize for the toilet mishap but glad it was resolved quickly so it wouldn't affect your time here. We welcome you all back to enjoy again!

Spacious condo in beautiful complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time here! Beautiful views from the deck and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The gardens and pools at Kamaole Sands are very well maintained and make for an enjoyable place to relax. Unit 3-402 is spacious and well equipped and the AC and ceiling fans kept the space comfortable. Easy check-in and logistics. We hope to return someday soon.

We love Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kamaole Sands #3-402We had a great time. The condo was great. There were a few thing that where a little outdated. Not enough plugs for charging and no usb outlets.The AC in the main floor bedroom was loud and didn’t work very well. The sofa was great. It was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped . It would has been nice to have a couple of stools at the counter. We would stay there again. Now we’d know to bring a few extra items. Location was great. Rentals Maui Inc. was great. The reservation process was very easy. We had a couple requests for Rentals Maui and they didn’t hesitate to help us out. Thank you so much.P.S. I did fill out a review form that we were instructed to leave on condo counter. Sorry you didn’t get it.... Stay dates June 1-June 8

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 9 nights and loves it. The balcony has a wonderful view and the gardens are beautiful. Location is great as well. Place was nice and clean only complaint is the beds. They were a bit hard and when they told us they could make a king bed they just put two twins together with a small foam in-between the gap. Not exactly comfortable. But overall would stay again.
