It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!
This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.
• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles on the driveway and street. Garage is not available.
• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus an office with workstation, chair, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. GARAGE is not available. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the CapMetro system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best CapMetro route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.
• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
