Boasting 6 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, a cozy bunk bed, and a sofa bed, along with 4 full bathrooms with amenities like a hairdryer and showers, guests will feel right at home. Add in 2 fully equipped, large kitchens, you can never have too many cooks in the kitchen! 2 separate living rooms provide ample space for all! The outdoor lounging/dining area is the perfect space for your morning coffee, backyard BBQ or relaxing with a glass of wine. You'll love catching up on your day around the fire pit, making s'mores and amazing memories!

Upon entering the property, you will immediately feel the welcoming, homey vibe of a modern mountain lodge. With an open and inviting floor plan, you and your guests will have plenty of space for lounging, catching the football game, playing board games in front of the fire, or having drinks and charcuterie at the table. Two fully stocked, large kitchens keep you connected to the group while preparing a gourmet meal, or for heating up take out and putting it in one of the provided serving dishes (we won't tell).
Enjoy your morning coffee in peace and tranquility on one of the beautiful outdoor decks overlooking the towering pines. K-cups included.

On the lower level of the home, you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed and adjoining full bathroom with shower, a 2nd bedroom with full size bunk beds, the 3rd bedroom off of the living room with a full sleeper sofa, along with another full bathroom with tub/shower combo, living room with 75" smart TV and fireplace, dining room that seats 6-8, full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Moving upstairs to the upper level of the home, (basically a duplicate of the lower level), accesses another primary suite with a king size bed and full adjoining bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Another living room that includes a futon for an optional sleeping area, dining area that seats 6-8, full kitchen, and another washer and dryer.

Heading outside to the outdoor entertaining area is truly magical. Savor a meal at the outdoor dining table that seats 6 and indulge in dessert or a cocktail under the string lights while you reminisce on the amazing adventures from the day. Cuddling up with a book and a blanket on the deck swing might lull you to sleep!

Kids of all ages will enjoy the game room in the basement. Compete in friendly games of Street Warrior, Air Hockey, Connect 4 or Darts. Loser has to make s'mores for everyone!

Which brings us to the outdoor fire pit situated out towards the front door of the property for easy access. Delight in camp fire stories while staring up at the stars. Firewood is included!
