Welcome to our charming Penthouse Jr. Suite , Casita Mariposa Azul! Located on Playa Los Picos, in the boutique Makare Condos, it is just a 100 yard walk to the soft sandy beach. Short walk to restaurants, bars, markets, shops, Centro and more!

Our suite offers a very comfortable king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs for dining, working or playing, TV, Wifi and plenty of storage. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace with awesome pool, lounge chairs, spectacular beach and ocean views, grill, sink, tables and chairs as well as bathrooms and outdoor shower.

The accommodation:
The Jr. Suite is outfitted with an incredibly comfortable king-sized Emma mattress and has 2 nightstands with storage alongside remote bedside lighting. The suite has ample under-bed storage for suitcases and has generous dresser and closet spaces. You'll find a remote ceiling fan, split air conditioner, 55" Samsung smart TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, Ninja countertop oven/air fryer/toaster/rotisserie, induction stove, and pots and pans and cleaning supplies. It is a lock-off unit from our main unit, with its own private entrance, and the door between us has a lock on both sides as well as a piece of sound barrier on the floor. We have taken every measure to provide a space that we find comfortable and well-equipped for a stay, and we hope you feel the same! Kent and I will be nearby for any concerns or questions.

Other highlights:
Mexico is lively, colorful and LOUD! Expect to hear road noise, construction noise, music noise, people noise, animal noise, and ocean noise ,aka waves! We took a few extra steps to create a cozy space. We've provided blackout shades for the morning sun if you prefer, and a sleep machine with ambient noise to help those who might be a bit sensitive to the Mexican environment.
