The Perfect Getaway is an upscale oasis for you and pets to relax and have fun!

Our stylish home will place you close to everything but provide comfort and relaxation for both people and pets alike. Every little touch was meticulously thought out for our guests. We hope that you will feel as much at home as we do. Our hot tub will help you relax after a long day of activities and our provided kayaks will connect you to the peaceful waters that the Keys are known for. Our game room will provide hours of entertainment. We are 5-Star Superhosts and cleanliness is our number one priority.

The Perfect Getaway is a 28 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL and our family's home for part of the year. All modern furniture including all beds and mattresses. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom on each floor), each room is decorated with vibrant colors, tasteful decorations and all of the amenities that you will need for an awesome stay! Both den and living rooms have 55" TV's and all bedrooms with 35" - 40" TV's. WIFI and cable is included. We provide all sheets, blankets and pillows which are cleaned and disinfected for each stay. We also provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, towels for bathing and beach, soaps including shampoo, conditioner and body gel along with starter packs for all paper supplies. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spice rack and all cooking utensils for inside and barbecuing outside. Even dog treats and dog toys will be provided for your furry creatures!

Full use of our 3-person hot tub with waterfall and colorful lighting. Use our upper deck with fire table or backyard with hammock, tiki hut and plenty of relaxing areas for your pets. We also have 2 kayaks with carts for easy walking 3 homes away to open bay launch area. Fully fenced in backyard will ensure the safety and peace of mind for any exploring children or pets.

The Perfect Getaway is centrally located and in close proximity to many great dining experiences and nightlife. John Pennekamp State Park is only 3 miles away and includes world class scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming and kayaking. We are 1 mile from Ocean Divers where you can book fishing charters, swim with dolphins or enjoy a ride on the African Queen boat. Nearby are multiple marinas both bayside and oceanside with boat ramps. Key Largo Community Park is just across Route 1 and includes swimming pools (fee to use daily or monthly), tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, volleyball, skate park and disc frisbee.

SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1,000.00 WILL BE HELD BY CREDIT CARD FOR ANY DAMAGES TO HOME. WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM END OF STAY.
