We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, uber was readily available and neighbors very friendly … bedding comfortable, seating accommodating for party of 6. Spacious enough to socialize between the living room and dining area yet have your own space… communication with host was great. Overall a great experience. Thanks for sharing it with us!

The house was conveniently located to the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. We had appointments and surgery for our daughter and it was nice to have a home vs a hotel room for her to recover in.

My 2 best friends and I go on two trips a year and typically stay in VRBO’s. This is a very comfortable property, but could have a few more basics. We’ve always had basic seasonings on site, at the very least, salt and pepper. We were unable to find any pot holders or a cutting board. A book offering “things to do and must sees” is always appreciated, as well as a “how was your stay?” Journal book. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, the location is hard to beat!!! Thank you for sharing your comfortable home with the three Lisa’s!!!

Thank you for a great stay! Excellent location and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The only cons was we were given the wedding access code initially, and we couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Neither of which were a big deal to our group.

Internet didn't work and I had to ask for the correct code when we arrived. However, it was a very nice place and was very clean. Parking in the back yard was nice.

This house was a good house for me and my friends to stay in for the weekend while visiting Nashville! One of the beds was pretty loud and wobbly because of the headboard so it made it a little hard to sleep. but other than that it was a good house to stay in.

House was as described. This is a remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown and the airport . We had good communications with the host. The check in process was easy. Our stay was comfortable. The neighborhood was not upscale but we felt safe and it was very quiet. It is a mix of older homes and remideled/upgraded homes.

This property was almost perfect! Very good location as my grandson was going to a program at Vanderbilt. Neither of us wanted to leave our dogs at home so we were overjoyed to find a nice place that accepts them. The house was clean, especially for allowing pets. I was a little disappointed that the grass needed cutting but there was a lot of rain so I get it. House was comfortable. All appliances worked. We had everything we needed, except a blender to make milkshakes and Nana bought one. Very enjoyable stay. Bed in King room with TV is a little shaky but the black out curtains are spot on! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again, in the unlikely event I found myself in Nashville again. All 6 of us, from 11-60, and both dogs, loved the stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Great location. Cool A/C. We grilled and had a fantastic experience in this place.

While this house was clean inside, the outside had trash in the yards. The neighborhood was a little bit of a surprise, not what I was excepting from the listing. You should google the zip code and make your own opinion before booking. The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced, and the outside fench needs works, looks like it could fall down at any time,back deck,not what was pictured needs work.While is might be close to surrounding areas, you should definitely do your homework on this area before you book.Host was not helpful addressing our concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. We visited right after the major snow/ice storm. Fortunately, the property had power, and we did not have to cancel our trip. We had a few questions right before our stay, the host responded quickly. Property is well worth it. Thanks!

The property fit perfectly for our group of five. Everything was clean and functional. There was plenty of parking for us in the back of the property off the alley. We only found two things that could be improved on. The first is that there be a keypad on the back door of the property. We parked in the back but could only open the door in the front. Second was that the kitchen was a little sparse on some items like glasses and pans for cooking. There were coffee cups and wine glasses but not enough of drinking glasses.
