This house features a breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed, panoramic view of beautiful Sail Bay from the rooftop deck! Large French glass door in the living room lead out to the a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. . The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen pullout sofa sleeper. The kitchen with new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and plank beach flooring, has everything you need for dining in. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with spacious vanity sink. There is private washer and dryer combination and AC throughout house.
Our house is situated on the quieter East side of beautiful Sail Bay (the loveliest part of Mission Bay)! You will have a magnificent view of the sunsets with the activities of the bay in the foreground; kite-boarders, sailboats, water skiers, catamarans, etc. Yet, you are only 12 minutes from San Diego's bustling downtown historic Gaslamp area with its fine dining, 1.5 miles from SeaWorld, and within 15 minutes from the lovely Balboa Park with the famous San Diego Zoo. So, you can have it all!
Enjoy the amazing panoramic views from your rooftop deck as you watch the boardwalk come alive. Right below, people are on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, and just strolling at leisure. Take a stroll on the boardwalk around the bay and if you like, cross over to Mission Beach with its wide boardwalk to watch the surfers or catch a glimpse of the green flash at sunset.
