The fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with updated KitchenAid appliances, includes a drip coffee maker and 3 bar stools at the counter for casual bites. Just next to it, a 6-person dining table is perfect for family meals, board games, or simply gathering after a long day. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level. Downstairs, a cozy game room with a wood-burning fireplace provides even more space to unwind.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom awaits with a plush king bed, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. Downstairs, 3 additional bedrooms provide ample comfort and storage, with 2 rooms offering queen beds and the third featuring a luxurious king bed. The shared downstairs bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a dual-sink vanity, a rain shower, and a bathtub for soaking. Tahoe area public transportation, known as TART, has a stop 1.5 miles from the home at Tahoe Park Ln (Lakeside), with service running every hour.
