Perfect long stay, steps to the beach & lifestyle
Two floor appartment: The first one is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In front of the room, it has a privileged view of the avenue in one of the areas with the highest capital gain in Playa del Carmen. On the second floor is the bedroom with full bathroom and overlooking the room. The third floor is a sundeck for a relaxed day under the sun.
The apartment is located just above a 7Eleven 24 hrs which makes it very convenient to make a small pantry. Walking to the left side around 5 minutes you will find access to the beach as well as beach clubs and incredible restaurants just a few steps from the most modern area of 5th avenue. A police station is located in front of the residential building, which makes the apartment one of the safest residential areas.
We have 24 hrs staff available for any type of mishap or request.
