Conveniently located near the Westgate Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Casino, and Tanger Outlets, there’s something for everyone, from shopping and dining to entertainment and nightlife. After a day of adventures, unwind by the private pool (not heated), relax on the outdoor furniture or fire up the BBQ grill in the backyard. Inside, enjoy a cozy, fully furnished space with all the essentials and amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this home is the perfect place to stay!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines comfort with endless entertainment options. The inside of the home has been thoughtfully updated, keeping guests' needs in mind throughout. You'll find a pool table in the living area, perfect for hours of indoor entertainment. Each of the 3 bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, while the 2 bathrooms have been newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king mattress that sleeps two, the second bedroom has a queen mattress that sleeps two, the third bedroom has a queen mattress that sleeps two, and we have a queen air mattress that sleeps two. Lastly there is a pack and play for an infant.

The backyard is the ultimate retreat, featuring a large pool (not heated) perfect for cooling off during warm Arizona days, and outdoor furniture where you can unwind and relax under the stars. A propane BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining, making it easy to enjoy meals on the spacious patio. Gather around the propane fire pit and enjoy your time together.

This home, located near many restaurants and activities, is the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal choice for families, groups, or couples looking to make the most of their stay.

Spring break getaway

We loved our stay at Country Meadows! The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. We stayed with our teen daughter and had a great time playing a few rounds of pool each night, followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. It was in a great location, with easy access to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent this house again if we return to the Phoenix area!

Great Value

House was great with lots of room, pool table was awesome for the kids. The property manager was very responsive, and the check out process was amazing, no list of things to do, just lock and leave, much appreciated when you are trying to get out the door to the airport.

Bare bones

We rented this property to spend Christmas with family in Phoenix. The property was not well stocked to do anything but sleep and relax like a hotel. We had to go out and purchase very basic cooking utensils such as cooking spoons and serving utensils just to be able to prepare food in the kitchen. Not all of the lights worked, one of the main lights over the dining room table did not work even after we replaced the light bulb.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the light in the property was working, but the wall switch controlling them was turned off. There may have been some confusion since there are two switches for this light. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking and serving utensils to accommodate guests’ needs. We recommend notifying the host if you think there are any issues during your stay, as these would have been very easy fixes and we were never notified from this guest until this review. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will take care of any issues or requests if we are informed of them.

Great stay

My son and I came from Maine to visit family and catch a concert at Desert Diamond Arena. Property is in a great location if catching a show or game in the Westgate area. My only complaint was it was 80 degrees for the entirety of our stay and the pool was not clean. We were told poolman was coming on Tues, but never saw him. We rented the property for it's amenties. The hot tub didn't have enough water in it, and it didn't cover all the jets so we weren't able to utilize that as water would spray everywhere. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. All in all great rental! t loplace cation

This home was in the perfect location for easy access to State Farm Stadium and numerous great restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we wanted. The college kids loved the pool table and spent hours enjoying it!
