Great location. Easy in and out. Needs more seating in living room like a love seat or recliner.

Check in and out was very efficient. Location is great. Lots of space for our group. Price was very reasonable.

This property was very nice for us, We had 3 young Children, and 4 adults. And there was plenty of room for all of us in the Condo. I would recommend this Condo highly! Had no problem getting responses from the owner’s! They were great!!

The inside was nice the hallways getting to the condo needed some cleaning and smelt bad. The only issues we had was the people above us were very loud and stomping around all hours of the night.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the inside of the condo nice, but we’re sorry the hallways had an unpleasant smell and were not as clean as expected. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with loud stomping from the unit above, especially during nighttime hours. Unfortunately, we do not manage the neighboring unit, which limits our ability to contact those guests directly. The concern has been reported to the HOA for their assistance. Since the odor was not reported during your stay, we weren’t able to investigate it early enough to determine where it was coming from. We did inspect our unit and found no issue inside. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope your next stay is much more peaceful.

Stayed for weekend Branson trip

House was great sized for 6 adults and three children under 3. Nice and quite very clean. Easy to find and close to a lot of places and silver dollar city.

The apartment itself is cute. Has everything you need to be comfortable. Unfortunately the bunk bed was a bit wobbly and the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. There are also missing things from the walls (which wasn’t a big deal). The floor really was not clean. We all had dirt covered socks and feet. In addition, the building wreaks of marijuana. Thankfully, the smell did not get into where we were staying.

Very nice place to stay for families. Plenty of room, clean. The main reason I chose this condo was for the kids room with bunk bed, teepee, etc for my son. Upon arriving, the teepee was broken as was another small child's furniture. However, they were very quick to fix it, within less than 24 hours, and our stay was smooth otherwise. Wish it would've been set up when we got there, as my son was wanting to play with it first thing, but again, it was fixed, so after the first day, it was complete. No issues with neighbors, and felt plenty safe there. Slight noise from upstairs, but nothing disruptive. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if needing somewhere to stay in Branson area.

We stayed in what felt like a basement unit

The people that stayed in the condo above us looked very sketchy. We would have complained about the constant stomping and noise from our ceiling, but were afraid that it wouldn't be taken very well and would have started an incident. I did not bring enough money to get my husband and BiL out of jail when they had to defend us all from someone threatening us.

There was a quick wipe done on this location but that's it, the counters and toilet. Very disappointed in its cleanliness. We ended up spending 200 in bedding and cleaning products because the bedding was gross and the location wasn't clean. Is a community location so entrance and main halls are shared by 6 others and was so filthy i didnt want to roll my suitcases through it. Not to mention one of the neighbors was smoking pot the whole weekend so it stunk. I requested a new unit but since it was 4th of July weekend they didnt have any available. We were just going to eat the price and get a hotel but those were all booked out too, which is why we ended up buying all new bedding with protectors and cleaning supplies. Wouldnt recommend at all. One plus on their part was they did refund my cleaning fee but thats it.
