This 3BR/3BA is just a stone's throw from the stunning Gulf of Mexico, Sugar Beach B14 invites you to experience beachfront beauty, pristine shores, and unforgettable moments. The condo has many amenities for you and your family to enjoy. Your private balcony overlooks the tennis courts and has partial gulf views. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in your new appliance-equipped kitchen. 1st floor you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On 2nd floor, you will find 2 Master bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and twin/twin bunk bed. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**Please note: There are two separate non-refundable pet fees totaling $300. A $150 plus tax pet fee is charged by the property, and an additional $150 fee is required by the HOA at the time of guest registration at the on-site office. Only one dog is allowed per reservation, with a maximum weight of 45 lbs.

**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay.  Parking fees are $37 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days.  If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. ** 

Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf-front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! Please note there is no elevator at this property. You’ll be surrounded by local eateries including a short walk to Hammerhead Fred's or Longboards. Also close by is Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.
