Upon entering our home, you’ll find a modern, open-concept design with beautiful, warm decor and luxury amenities—perfect for year-round high-country adventures.
Take in breathtaking views from the living room and deck. The spacious kitchen and dining area, fully stocked and with ample seating, is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Relax in the kitchen loungers by the fireplace, or get lost in the serene surroundings. The lofted living room features a large-screen TV with streaming capabilities and a Classic Arcade System—ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing, golfing, or hiking.
The home’s smart layout includes two main-level bedrooms, featuring a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and nearby bathroom. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms await—one with a queen bed, and the other with a twin-over-full bunk. The loft area offers comfortable seating, another large-screen TV, and a twin bed with a trundle, perfect for larger parties.
The wrap-around balcony is a standout feature, offering cozy loungers for soaking in tranquil morning or evening views. Enjoy your private hot tub under the stars—an unforgettable experience in the Colorado mountains. A children's playground just a 5-minute walk away keeps the little ones entertained!
For convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and the heated garage doubles as a fitness area, complete with gym equipment.
We take cleanliness seriously, and our dedicated team conducts thorough quality checks after each cleaning to meet the highest standards. Drawing from our own experiences as travelers, we aim to create a pristine environment for our guests. We also use the Triple Sheet Method for a premium sleeping experience.
Please note that this is a smoke-free home, including the attached balcony. While there is no air conditioning, fans are provided in all sleeping areas to ensure comfort.
