NUESTRA HERMOSA PROPIEDAD NO FUE AFECTADA POR EL HURACÁN MARIA. ¡ESTAMOS ACTIVAMENTE TOMANDO RESERVAS!
Nuestro nuevo apartamento Penthouse fue recientemente adquirido y renovado en un estilo muy contemporáneo, manteniendo un ambiente de playa. Siéntese a desayunar en nuestra gran terraza con vista a la playa de Isla Verde y al Océano Atlántico. Prepare la cena en nuestra fabulosa cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de primera línea y asombrosos mostradores estelares de cuarzo blanco. Las comodidades incluyen lo siguiente:
-Tres habitaciones bellamente decoradas, todas con TV inteligente y servicio de cable.
-Tres baños recientemente renovados, dos en el área del dormitorio y uno en la sala de estar
-Lavadora y secadora en el segundo nivel, cerca de las habitaciones.
- Cocina nueva digna de la revista State of the Art, con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras estelares de cuarzo blanco.
Los electrodomésticos incluyen: refrigerador de estilo francés, horno de pared y microondas, lavaplatos, anafe de vidrio y todos los electrodomésticos pequeños habituales en una cocina de esta categoría, como cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, etc.
-La sala de estar interior se compone de un área para entretenimiento televisivo con un televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas encerrado en una hermosa fascia y una mesa redonda de vidrio para 6 a 8.
-La sala de estar al aire libre se compone de una hermosa terraza con vista al océano con una mesa para 6, asientos modulares y taburetes de bar.
-KItchen se conecta a la terraza a través de una puerta y también a través de una gran ventana que se abre a una barra de bar, perfecta para el entretenimiento.
-Este es un apartamento de ensueño que hará que sus vacaciones en Puerto Rico sean realmente inolvidables.
-En caso de que quiera salir del apartamento y alquilar un automóvil, este Penthouse viene con un espacio de estacionamiento reservado con acceso directo al garaje y cerca de los ascensores.

It was perfect! The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean made it one of the best locations we've ever stayed at. The location was so convenient to the airport and was a perfect home base as we explored the island. Being able to go downstairs and walk right to the beach was so worth it. Beach chairs, towels and coolers were provided. The reserved underground parking was very nice. The air conditioners kept the bedrooms so comfortable at night. Also nice having laundry. Wouldn't hesitate to rent it again next time we come back!

Beautiful views of the ocean. There was private access to the beach and this beach was not overcrowded. Condos are across the street from many stores and restaurants. I liked that there was easy access to Old San Juan, the airport, and the rainforest.

We had a wonderful time here at this genuine Puerto Rican pent house apartment. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Isla Verde beach, which is right in the buldings backyard. You've got everything you need right here in this area and beautiful apartment to enjoy Puerto Rico and all its glory. The host Jorge, was very quick to respond to any questions we asked and was very helpful. As Puerto Rican's who havent been to our island in many years, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay to experience our home land again.

Everything was exactly as pictured. All of the bedrooms are upstairs with one of the 3 bathrooms downstairs. The view was amazing and the beach was right outside of the door.

The on line description does not align with the actual state of the unit. We found it to be dirty, AC in master did not work. Other units needed to be fixed during our stay. They tried to fix but had to add window unit. Blind in bedroom fell and crashed off wall in the middle of the night.Toilet in one bathroom was clogged so we didn't use it. Washer/Dryer was rusted and smelled musty. Stained pillows and dirty outside porch that required them to clean it. Mattress was stained so owner bought new linens. All and all our satisfaction with this unit was very poor. We stayed out of the unit as much as possible. How all the good ratings were at the top with the bad ratings buried is very curious. Go back and read the negative reviews. Not worth what we paid. The owners son was pleasant and tried but a very bad experience.

The penthouse is beautifully located on the beach with easy access to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was seamless and parking was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and beach essentials provided as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place!

Family trip with 6 adults. I didn’t realize it would be on the top floor of a huge complex, but it turned out OK. Great view from the balcony! Good security in the complex. Definitely felt safe in the condo and on the beach. Recommended!Gregg

We stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing! The beach is right there and the views are unmatched! We walked to so many different restaurants as well! The beach is a bit wavy but you can’t beat it being literally right out front plus there was a nice pool too!

Sister's trip birthday celebration

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed and more! Loved having a private parking space so we could decide if we wanted to explore PR on our own in our rental or Uber to areas we knew parking would be scarce. The view and the entire property were exactly as pictured. Thanks for having us!!!

Amazing beachfront condo!!

From the moment the door open to this condo, the beauty was so amazing!!!! Light fills the condo from the amazing balcony which opens up through the living room, bringing the outdoor space indoors!! Very private patio so you feel like you’re the only ones there when you’re enjoying it! We loved that all the bedrooms were all ocean facing! The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had! Unforgettable memories made here!!

Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location to beach & pool, as well as other sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. The unit includes 2 parking spaces which was perfect for us. We would have wished for another fob as there were only 2 for a 3 bedroom place and with 6 adults going different directions at different times, it made it slightly cumbersome to coordinate vacation schedules and ensure no one is locked out but we made it work. This is not the only 3 bedroom we have run into this logistic. It's manageable.Overall loved our stay and will consider returning if we have a large group.

There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room!! Within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Close to the airport. Wonderful place right on the beach!

Holiday getaway

This condo was as described and clean. Everyone had privacy, but the large patio, living room and dining table was perfect for our time together. Easy access to the pool and beach. The area had several restaurants, Walgreens and grocery store nearby.The building is overall well maintained and we felt safe. Being on vacation during an island wide blackout wasn’t part of the plan, but the condo had lanterns and the elevators and garage worked from the generator.

Annie and the view are the real stars

We have stayed in Annie’s penthouse a couple times before. We especially love the spacious balcony overlooking Playa Isla Verde, the attractive decor and the spaciousness to accommodate our family, as well as the convenience of the third bathroom. This visit we stayed over the 2024 Christmas holiday. As always, we enjoyed the prime location, beautiful ocean views and comfy beds. We had some WiFi issues that also affected catching some holiday football we wanted to watch and reached out to Annie. She came to the penthouse right away and got it taken care of. She mentioned that she may add a booster to improve the WiFi, which I think will be a big help. We have stayed at many beautiful short term rentals in our travels and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a caring and responsive host. Annie is clearly dedicated to making her units comfortable and her guests happy. Annie, you are a sweetheart and we appreciate your hospitality!

THe unique benefits of this property is that the location is excellent to either stay on the beach, or to explore the old city, but it is also near major highways if you want to venture farther out to Fajardo's Bio Bay, or to the rain forest, via highway 66, or If you want to go south you can easily connect to Highway 52 or to the west, through Highway 22.
