EV Charging
• We offer Tesla EV charging for an additional small fee. To use our charging station, any EV that is not a Tesla, please bring a J1772 to Tesla Adapter or a J1772 to Gen 2 NEMA 14-50 Adapter. Don’t forget to notify the host manager in advance for the code to access the charger.
Please kick off your shoes when you arrive—Oregon weather can be tough on our
floors and rugs. Feel free to put your feet up on the coffee table and get cozy!
• We ask that you refrain from hosting parties
• For everyone’s comfort, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or within 20 feet
of the home, and please be responsible when discarding these items.
• Please be careful of drinks and food around the rugs and furniture
• To avoid any costly and embarrassing issues, please refrain from flushing feminine
pads in the toilet.
• We’d appreciate it if you could clean the grill after use and remember to turn off the
gas for both the grill and the fire pit.
• For safety, please supervise children and we ask that children under 12 are not left unattended on the property or around the outdoor fire-pit and follow all fire precautions. Please move any medicines or item’s not intended or safe for children out
of reach.
