Host checked on us during the trip. Place is gorgeous and clean . No complaints at all. Maybe we will stay there again. Glad we were able to bring the dog as well. Place has a nice large grassy lot in front of the building for the dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay here and everything was as advertised. The host was very helpful and check in was very easy. The location was great right on the ocean. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony and able to walk easily right on to the beach. It was also a good location in the Outer Banks with being very close to the Wright Brothers site, able to drive north a little ways to see the wild horses, and then south to the national park lake shore. We would definitely book and stay here again.

We enjoyed a week’s stay here with our two dogs. The place is very spacious, and has everything you would need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. It was a great place to stay with dogs, very pet friendly area. Nice view from balcony and grounds are nice. Could use a deep clean, but other than that everything was great!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was in the perfect spot, with easy beach access, covered parking, and even a storage unit for all of our beach equipment—such a convenient bonus!And while the condo itself was wonderful, Aly, the owner, went above and beyond anything I could have anticipated. She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and even provided her cell phone number in case of an emergency. That level of care and hospitality truly made us feel welcome and taken care of.We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Picturesque view of sunrise each morning and sounds of the ocean all day! The condo was exactly as described. Quiet location. The host reached out before and during our stay to offer any assistance and guidance. Plan to return again.

Property was centrally located. Easy walking/driving distance to restaurants, shopping & attractions. Nice view of beach from balcony and easy access. Condo was comfortable. Kitchen stocked with items for light cooking. We traveled with 2 dogs so the grassy walking area was convenient. Elevator was across from unit which made loading and uploading easy. All in all a good stay.

The balcony was lovey. The beach access has a lovely sitting area as well. The condo complex has a nice lawn for walking your dog. The kitchen did have pretty much all i needed: I broiled brown and white shrimp and various fish to sample flavors.

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly place near the beach, look no further! The location is absolutely amazing—you’re literally just steps from the beach, making it so convenient to come and go. It’s also an easy walk with no stairs or big hills, which was a huge plus for us.The place was exceptionally clean, especially for a dog-friendly property. The entire complex was very welcoming to pets, and there were tons of dogs during our stay. There’s a large grassy area right out front that was perfect for walking our dog, and the property was very well lit, which made evening walks easy and comfortable.Aly was also wonderful to communicate with. I had a few questions during our stay, and she responded incredibly quickly. She even gave me her cell phone number, although I didn’t want to bother her, so I just communicated with her through VRBO. She was always very responsive and helpful.We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back! If you’re traveling with a dog and want a clean, convenient, and truly pet-friendly place close to the beach, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo was perfect for our Fall beach getaway. The building is in a great location with private beach access and is well maintained. The condo was as advertised in the photos and well stocked. Our host, Aly, was great and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this pet friendly property and would gladly come back.

On the beach

The property was as advertised. It was clean and right on the beach. Loved that it was literally steps from the beach. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture was a bit dirty, probably needs to be replaced soon and the WiFi was pretty weak. The owner was super friendly, very helpful and very responsive. She was very helpful with the check in process and it was very easy. Would stay again!

If you're looking for a peaceful, serene oceanfront property with just steps to the beach, this is the place to stay!!! Host Aly was very communicative and receptive from the booking to the checking in/out process...the unit is beautifully decorated with beach decor and extremely clean...the ocean view is outstanding from the balcony without any obstructions....the outside property is very well-maintained and pet friendly with plenty of grass to walk your dog...the outdoor pool was very refreshing and clean...there is ample parking either in the enclosed garage or outside...very close to restaurants, grocery and retail stores within walking distance or just a short drive....I highly recommend this property and unit for your first or next stay in Kill Devil Hills!!! Definitely would return!!!

Perfect place for a mini-vacation in northern OBX! The condo was super clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable (a must when the hubby has back issues) and the sheets were soft (a definite plus!) The kitchen was well stocked too. The view was wonderful as we caught a few sunrises (and took great pictures!) Really nice space for the two of us. Convenient to many restaurants.

This was a lovely condo and had a view of the ocean. The host was responsive, kind and available at all times. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated. We would love to go back!
