Imagine waking up to the soft glow of the desert sun filtering through the expansive windows. As you step outside, the beauty of the boulder-strewn landscape unfolds before you, inviting you to embrace the tranquility of the environment that surrounds you.



Picture yourself savoring a morning coffee on the terrace, surrounded by nature's artistry, or enjoying a leisurely afternoon by the shimmering pool. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with loved ones, sharing stories and laughter under a blanket of stars, feeling the warmth of the flames and the camaraderie of good company.



Prepare and cook a meal at the outdoor BBQ area, and share your culinary creations with your loved ones at the outdoor dining table. Each moment spent here is an opportunity to connect—with nature, with each other, and with the luxurious comforts we’ve curated just for you.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home and its amenities through a custom digital access code.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating:

If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.



Pool heating charge $350 first day, $200 for the second day and $100 for each day after that

Note: Pool cannot be heated at the same time with the hot tub.



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Yes dirt roads

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: We have exterior cameras facing the driveway and entrance for the safety of the guest



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



Pet fee $100 per pet

-We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
