This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 20th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master two full sized beds in second bedroom. Walk in shower in the master bathroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

$40 parking fee is not included in rates. Reserved parking space on the third floor of the building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 1-week stay at this condo. It is clean, bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable and functional. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything in it seems new, including the appliances (which all work very well, including the ice maker in the fridge). The beds were very comfortable and linens new and nice. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans, sharp knives, etc that you need; it is obvious that the owner thought through all the items required for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is fabulous and there is furniture there that allows you to enjoy it fully whether to lounge, sit or even enjoy a meal out there.Getting the wristbands and parking pass was quick and easy. The condo has its own assigned parking spot on the 3rd floor so you don’t need to hunt for one in the visitor area or across the street. The management company pays for 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach, which works great (except if there’s too much wind they don’t allow to have the umbrella open). The elevators are fast; we never had to wait much at all. Unfortunately, the week we were there there was a lot....I mean A LOT....of seaweed in the ocean. We still went in the water most days, but it wasn’t very inviting. There weren’t very many waves (which our young-adult kids would have liked). On our last day there was a purple flag up because of jellyfish (one of our kids got stung but it wasn’t terrible....have some white vinegar handy in the condo just in case to counteract the venom and you’ll be fine). All in all we had a great and relaxing week at the beach and would certainly rent from this company and come back to this particular unit again.
