Gran cubierta superior con una parrilla de gas, mesa y sillas, y amplias vistas al mar maravillosas! Colgando mecedora del porche para disfrutar de la brisa de la tarde y CALIENTE / ducha fría al aire libre para limpiar después de un largo día en la playa. Abrir y espacioso interior con muy bien amueblada amplios dormitorios, cocina abierta y comedor ascendente en la gran sala y una terraza acristalada trasera completa con pantalla plana de TV w / DVD. Vista al mar se ven desde la gran sala frontal, así!

Excellent Tybee Island home

This home is our favorite place to stay on Tybee Island. The home is always clean, fully stocked, very close access to the beach, the restaurants and the IGA grocery store.

Great get away in a perfect location

A girls trip to remember!

Suzanne’s home was perfect! The location can’t be beat, steps from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Suzanne was so attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We will for sure book this house again.

Old Tybee feel with homey family feel

The check in through check out process was seamless. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed the stay beacause the home felt like staying at a family member's beach home. And within walking distance to IGA and nightlife.

Tybee Vacation

Our family loved Rowland’s Retreat! There was plenty of room for two families. Rowland’s Retreat provided so many amenities that we truly felt at home. We loved that the beach was within walking distance.

Unbelievable experience

My family and I had an amazing time in Tybee together and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out, a short walk from the beach, and convenient shops/food nearby. Host was available at all times and was extremely helpful and kind. Can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic Vacation

My adult daughters and I spent the week at Rowland's Retreat. Everything was amazing. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was peaceful and a great place to recharge. We hooe to return soon.

Great location. East beach access. Very comfortable home.

Amazing home with everything you could ever need. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen. Very comfortable. Great deck seating. Three houses from the boardwalk to the beach. Easy walk to the downtown. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again.

Family weekend getaway

Property was very nice and spacious and provided enough bedding for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning as the grocery store was within walking distance. Took us 1 minute to walk from the house to the pier. Ms. Suzanne was very thorough with her communication before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Property

This was such a wonderful property for our family vacation. It was so close to everything from beach to restaurants. We really enjoyed the beautiful deck and spent most of our time while at the house lounging on the comfy patio furniture. I could not believe how nice the beach was and only steps away from our front door. Thank you Suzanne for letting us stay at your property. We hope to be back soon with even more family members.

Cozy Beach Home

What a cozy beach house! Very comfortably furnished with nice linens and sufficient kitchen utensils, plates, etc. We felt like we were staying at someone's home. Our host was a great communicator. Excellent location. Just steps from the beach boardwalk to the ocean and only a block away from the island grocery store. Easy to walk to restaurants, downtown area and main pier. We would stay again.

Awesome!

This house was very well kept and in a prime location! The floorplan was laid out nicely and was easy to accommodate our large party. The neighbors were very friendly and the access to the beach was right out the front door. The owner was very easy to contact and eager to answer any questions and all concerns. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Great house and location

We had a family beach weekend. The house met our needs perfectly, and the location was a two-minute walk to the beach. The house was stocked with lots of kitchen stuff, beach towels, and beach chairs. It was a quick walk to the IGA for more ice. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Great host, great house, great location!

We loved our girls getaway for the 35th anniversary of our becoming friends! The house had a nice amount of space for four friends to spread out for our stay. Comfy spots in the house and on the deck to sit and chat. Easy walk to the beach (we appreciated access to towels & chairs), as well as several restaurants and shops, including the grocery store. Very reasonable drive in to Savannah. Host was great to work with!

Great Get-Away

This property is accurately named! It truly was a retreat for my husband and I. We enjoyed the beautiful sunroom every day and had everything we could need. Suzanne was a wonderful hostess being sure to communicate with us well before our arrival and even after we arrived. We didn't need anything, but if we had, she would have gotten it for us! Looking forward to next year!

Very relaxing

Mrs. Suzanne goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you could ever imagine! This home is clean and very well taken care of. We came down for my brothers wedding and it was the best experience ever! We were minutes from the store, in walking distance to restaurants and this home came equipped with anything you may have missed on your packing. Very nice and clean home, thank you mrs Suzanne

they were exactly the same at our house. I laughed. Very homey, older place but it was nicely setup with furniture, in and out. Plenty of room for friends and family. Thank you for the xfinity so that we could watch the Final Four.

Great Girls Getaway

We enjoyed this stay very much. So close to the beach only a few steps from beach access. Watching the sun come up from the front porch was beautiful. Rooms were used efficiently for maximum capacity. It’s hard to please a group of 7 ladies but none of us had complaints! If I had to list something that could be improved upon I would say that the carpet in the bedrooms was not ideal. A few things are dated but we enjoyed the nostalgic feel and atmosphere. It’s a cozy little beach house that met all our needs. The host was thorough and had great communication. Thank you Ms Suzanne! We will be back!

Perfect Retreat

I'll say, we ended up here by accident, but I'm so glad that we did. Our original booking had some challenges due to the current state of the world & this property came up on a search. It was perfect. The rental is one story, but was so perfectly laid out that seven (relatively high maintenance) females fit ourselves and all of our things perfectly within the bedrooms and bathrooms. With two bathrooms, that was a feat. The kitchen area and the outdoor seating was always our gathering spot when we weren't at the beach - which was just a brief few steps from the door. Everything you need is here and in clean, working order. The beds were incredibly comfortable which is always uncommon in a beach house. A few girls are already looking at booking this spot for an upcoming couples trip. Mrs Suzanne was an incredible host. She was so attentive and gracious as a property owner and I'm almost sure there's not a kinder soul on Tybee. Can't wait to come back!
