The house is 4 blocks (0.4 mi/6-8 min walk) from the pristine sugar sands of the private neighborhood beach. Enjoy the fully loaded chef's kitchen while watching a radiant sunset over the expansive back deck, overlooking a natural, protected wetland lake. This bright, modern, beach house was designed-from architectural drawings to stud to interior design-with your comfort in mind. Our design team included an award-winning Alabama architectural firm, Stewart Planning, and an Atlanta interior firm, DBH Design.

The modern but casual luxury of the decor was inspired by the warm and textural natural land-colors of the gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches.

LIVING:
The living, dining, and kitchen are open concept with soaring 10 foot ceilings with oversized luxury chandeliers and ample seating options, so your whole group can spend quality time together in comfort and style when you’re not at the sugary white sand beaches. There's an electric fireplace that can be used heatless if you just want the ambiance in the summer! The living room also overlooks a natural wetland lake and has a great view of the sunset. There's an oversized double slider doorway to access the expansive back deck. The deck has plenty of dining and lounging furniture for you to enjoy. There's also a remote work desk for you to work from your home-away-from-home

KITCHEN:
The gourmet chef's kitchen has as many cooking essentials as we could think of with pots and pans, a large pot and pot filler for your family and friends to enjoy preparing a low country boil, stand mixer, sharp knives, coffee station, blender, and so much more! The kitchen also has a big counter-depth refrigerator with two freezer drawers, a stand-alone ice maker for your drinks and coolers, a pantry cabinet, plus a drip coffee maker and French press. We also include complimentary fair trade organic whole bean coffee, creamer, and sugar for our amazing guests.

DINING:
The dining room has a custom locally sourced artisan-crafted wood table that seats 10 comfortably with another 4 handmade high-top stools, imported from Eastern Europe, at the 7-foot island in the kitchen.

LAUNDRY:
We have a washer and dryer closet inside the home, so your group can pack as light as you want!

PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

KING CANOPY BEDROOM & 3RD BATHROOM:
- King canopy bed that was custom-made by a midwestern carpenter
- Private entrance to the pass-through (jack-n-jill) bathroom that is shared by the Queen Palm Bedroom. This bathroom has a soaker garden tub, double vanity, custom tilework, and a standup-shower.

DECK:

- View of the natural protected wetland lake. The sun sets over the wetlands, so it's often spectacular at magic hour.
- The perfect spot to bird watch or view the lily pads that have seasonal lotus blossoms.

EXTERIOR NOTES
- The 1/2 bath listed is an outdoor shower only that is enclosed for privacy. It has hot and cold water. It does not have a sink or toilet. It is perfect for washing away the sugary white sands from the private neighborhood beach.

HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- The host reserves the right to request a copy of the booking guest's photo ID.
- No parties, illegal activities, glitter, or confetti allowed on property.
- All trash must be disposed of in securely tied trash bags and placed in trash cans outside. Always replace the trach can lids securely.
- No pets. No cats (including service animals) allowed in the area as this area is a beach mouse sanctuary and the owner is allergic.
- No extra guests allowed on the property outside of the number of guests listed on the reservation without prior approval from the host.
- No stays longer than 28 days are allowed for the same guest. This includes consecutive bookings.
- No tampering with security camera. The camera is under the house, facing the driveway, and it records sound and video.
- No moving furniture or any of the host's property outside of the home. The guest is welcome to use and enjoy the home during
- Guests are prohibited from entering the wetlands and should be aware that wetlands can contain dangerous animals that should never be approached or fed, as it is dangerous for both animals and especially humans, and it is prohibited by law.
- For stays longer than 7 days, the guest must allow the host to schedule a mid stay refresh from our cleaning team to replace linens and inspect the property. Please note, no additional services will be provided during this refresh although an additional full clean is available to guests for a fee. - Guests who choose to stay at the house do so at their own risk and by doing so therefore are agreeing to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the host and release the host from all liability. - Host reserves the right to cancel stay if booking overlaps with another booking.
