Place was very nice and comfortable!

My family stayed for a week and this was the perfect place for us! Very clean and spacious! And great size pool! Owners were extremely nice and easy to get ahold of.

This would be a perfect location for a family or even two to stay with young children. In a decent neighborhood and it has pool, game room, playground, etc. Excellent communication with owner. Very accessible.

Great spot for visiting Kissimmee area

We didn’t use the pool but used all the bedrooms and other amenities. It was very convenient to our local activities. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

PERFECT VACATION

The house is amazing. We stayed there with my family and we love the decoration specially the pirates room. My 4 year old son loved it. It was super clean and close to everything we needed it. The owner Adriana will answer any question very quick. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful property.

Wonderful home! Responsive owners

Our stay was wonderful, the home had everything we could have wanted! Our kids enjoyed their Disney themed rooms and we appreciated how clean the house was. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries we had prior to and during our stay and an extra bonus was having some of the of the basic necessities provided (like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc...) which not every house provides. We would definitely rent from these owners again.

Great!

We spent 9 nights at this property. It was good, kids enjoyed the pool, play structure and game room. The blender had quit and we got a hold if Adriana and within 2 hours a blender replacement had been delivered. Would recommend!

Gorgeous inside and out!

They best part was the pool according to my 10 year old. This place is perfect if you have children. The kids rooms were so fun! They had everything you could need for the little ones, including high chair, bouncy seat, baby bath... The master bathroom was my personal vaca spot! HUGE bathtub and amazing shower. That was great after a day at Universal Studios! Only small complaint would be not being able to control a/c temp. It was a bit warm upstairs.

A Most Wonderful Vacation

My wife & I stayed for the whole month of February 2019. Our two children & their families visited during the first two weeks of February with two of our friends joining us during the last two weeks. The house was clean, spacious & well stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery & even toys for the kids to play with. The location was great. 1/2 hr to Disney, Universal & Old Town, as well as close to shopping, restaurants & golf courses. Our grandchildren loved their themed rooms. The two boys enjoyed their 'pirate bedroom' & our granddaughter loved her 'princess room'. When we arrived back at the house from Disney the whole family enjoyed relaxing inside the screened in lanai & swimming in the pool. The children also enjoyed playing on the play set in the fenced in backyard. Adriana was a very pleasant accomodating host & responded quickly to our needs. Everyone had a fantastic holiday & we would definately stay here again.

Not great nice but pool table not ok grill all broken and dirty garage were the pool table is dusty cant use the closet from downstairs bedroom cant use showers from upstairs leaks downstairs and poor kids would take the blame really disappointed

Amazing!

It was everything pictured in the listing. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure the house was up to what was expected. The renters before us did not leave the house in good shape, the owner made sure we had brand new sheets to sleep on and the housekeeper worked hard to get the house back in order before we checked in.

Fantastic!!!!

We absolutely love this house. It’s our 2nd time back and hopefully we’ll be back next year. Everything is so comfortable, from the beds to the living area, the pool area. Adriana is absolutely the best host. She always responds immediately and happily to any questions or concerns. The location is perfect. 20-30 minutes to the attractions with none of the traffic of route 4. Everything is easy and convenient and Adriana strives to make your vacation worry free and relaxing. Thank you!!!!!!!

Great Golf Vacation

I recently traveled to the Orlando area with 27 friends for a golf vacation. I rented 4 houses through VRBO. All the guys who stayed at Adriana's house were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. We are already planning a return visit for next year.

House

House was smaller than advertised. The house wasn’t as clean as I would like. Many Stains throughout. Also it apparent is standard to set a limit in the air conditioner temperature! We are paying for the house and can not adjust the temperature to our comfort, we had to communicate with house manager to adjust temperature. That’s a little rediculous.

Beautiful home and just as amazing owner!!

This home was awesome and my family and I loved our stay and Adrianna was great. Her response time was amazing, literally in a minute or two replied back for whatever assistance needed. Not that much was needed. Home very welcoming and clean and themes were just the added touch to make this home more of one of a kind. Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy your home. A must vacation spot again!!!

Elegant Disney Theme Decor

My kids loved the Disney theme which is maintained through out the “Home”. Very clean and spacious to accommodate my big family, yet it felt cozy and warm. The kids were delighted with the floating clouds in there room. Not to mention the private pool setting. Amazing!!! Looking forward to stay again when visiting Florida.

Fantastic vacation!!

We had a great time! A few hiccups with the pool heat and a couple of chilly days due to weather. Didn’t have access to thermostat, so a couple of cold mornings! Other than that, the place is clean and quiet!! We had no issues with noisy neighbours at all!! Yard and pool are great for the kids!! We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property

I stayed with my husband and my 3 kids the girls loved the princess room. They enjoyed everything, and didn’t even want to go out to the parks and rather swim while my hubby made a BBQ. Thanks Adriana for a great stay

Every room was decorated as we live in there, so you can have a home away from home.
