Didn’t make it to the pool but drove by both and they looked very enjoyable. Had everything we needed, great stay!

Everything was great except the refrigerator did not cool and our groceries were spoil by morning and we had to throw them away AC took awhile to cool

We would like to clarify that the AC system in the home was fully operational during your stay, and we did not receive any report or maintenance request regarding cooling issues while you were at the property. Had we been notified, we would have addressed the concern immediately. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can resolve any issues in real time. Our records and post-stay inspection did not indicate any malfunction with the AC system. We appreciate all guest feedback and remain committed to maintaining a positive experience for future visitors.

We were traveling in from Michigan to an area we've never been to before, to Visit family. Minnie was very good with communication and offered suggestions to things in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There's only one TV thats in the main living area. The Wifi was a bit spotty but it would pick up again after a few minutes. The couch was pretty comfortable, the other little couch and chairs seemed like they should be for a patio but they were okay for when we sat on them. We had trouble with the refrigerator not getting cold the first two days which unfortunately we lost out on quite a bit of money spent on food to last us for the time of the trip, but we communicated that with Minnie and within a matter of 2 hours she had a repair person there to figure it out. He was able to fix the issue, and we were able to get a bit of a refund on the food we lost out on. The location was perfect as far as being close to the roads and shopping etc. clean and well kept neighborhood with a community pool. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but walking by there were families enjoying it and it looked like a good size with a bathroom house. If we're in the area again I'd definitely stay again!
