Casa La Pausa in San Pancho

Casa La Pausa is a well-appointed home in a quiet street in the heart of San Pancho, Nayarit. The house has a pool and is a very short walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping, making San Pancho such a lovely place to visit and live in.
The space
Casa La Pausa abuts treed areas providing bird- spotting opportunities as well as the sounds of wave crashing, with the right conditions. A roof area and pergola catch constant breezes and offer nice sunset-time relaxation.

Guest access
Entire house and pool area in backyard. Access to rooftop area, shared with standalone owners' apartment located there, which they reach independently.

Other things to note
The house is secure with various ironwork all around. A/C in all bedrooms, fans elsewhere (Winter/Spring they are barely needed). Complimentary use of beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels) and baby care items (high chair, crib, mountable railings) are available. Let us know if you will require them.
