The kitchen is set for any family cook, featuring all the essentials to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your favorite meals cooked by grill, griddle, smoker, crock-pot, oven, stove, or over the fire and display your meal on the outdoor buffet counter. Gather together outdoors with seating for 12, all while taking in stunning views.

Your stay comes with an array of entertainment for all ages—board games, a mini 2 person driveway pickleball net, and outdoor activities. With paddle board and kayaks at your disposal, plus sand toys for the kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Strict No party policy is enforced and an outdoor quiet time is at 10:00pm. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for the neighbors.

We are pleased to welcome small dogs only to our rental property. Please note that the property only features a small 7x10 ft grassed area, (which is connected to the neighboring lawn, so pets must remain with in the property lines), and additional small grass area near the main road.
For the safety of your pet and others, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside to ensure they remain on the property and avoid the main road. Additionally, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors daily.
Please be aware that additional cleaning fees will apply for pet hair removal and any animal waste found by our cleaning team.
