Discover the beauty of Brooklyn from this 2-bedroom historic limestone townhome. With 2 full beds, full bathroom including shower and bathtub, kitchenette with full dining table, and a spacious living room with tv and a large comfy couch. There is wifi throughout, fitness equipment, board games, and also a coffee bar for guests to enjoy a marvelous and enjoyable stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our beautiful home.
Please note, in accordance with NYC short-term rental laws, this is a shared unit, where our family lives full-time. We will be present in the unit and sharing common areas with you during the stay. There is legal access to the unit for both us and our guests, but we do ask that guests respect our privacy and we will respect yours. We keep a quiet household and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum as well.
Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval. Maximum 2 guests at any time.

This is our first home and it means everything to us. My husband and I moved here in 2023 to have my mother-in-law live with us to care for her early-onset Alzheimer's dementia. We have this short-term rental to help pay the NYC mortgage; it allows us to afford this home and care for her in the best way possible. Thank you for helping support us in her care.
