This place was awesome. Everything about it was very well thought out. We loved the fact that we could take our dogs there and felt it was very safe for them. We will definitely go back.

It is a beautiful home. Very clean and smells clean as well. Many pet friendly homes do not. This house was evacuate and spacious. The host took the extra mile and had all the things we may have forgotten on hand. I highly recommend.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat

This place was amazing. Clean, warm, welcoming. Very easy to get to and very easy to get to the beach. Plenty of space for all 7 of us during the stay.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and had all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect. We were close to the beach and a short drive to Destin, and just a couple of steps from the pool. We rented a golf cart and used it for a majority of the trip with everything so accessible. Can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely Family Vacay

We so Enjoyed our Stay at Mrs. Cathy’s Home. It was Beautifully Decorated with All the Comforts of Home. Also 5 mins to the Beach, Shopping and Local Restaurants. It was well Worth our 5 1/2 Drive from South GA. ❤️

Perfect Place

A close walk to the beach which was great for the babies. The pool was also a hit. The house was clean and the owners were so kind. Very happy!

Charming, updated, clean, well-kept, spacious, great location, short walk to the beach, steps to the pool. The owners take great pride in and care of this home, and it shows. A comfortable place to stay at the beach makes all the difference!

Vacation

We loved this home for our family vacation! It was very clean and Mrs. Cathy was so easy to work with! The neighborhood was great and very private! The beach and restaurants were in very close distance from the house as well. Our dogs absolutely loved walking the neighborhood and the fenced in back area of the house! Highly recommend this home for your stay!!

Beautiful, home Away from home feel and perfect location

First time vacation to Destin and this place was beautiful and perfect in every way. Quiet and convenient location. Exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy. We had everything we needed including the most comfortable bedding. The host has graciously given us their brand so we can purchase. We will be returning. Wonderful host!! We highly recommend.

Beautiful home away from home

The home is absolutely beautiful. I loved that there was a lot of storage and space for our things. Having a pantry and room in the cabinets for our things was fantastic. The house comes with a lot of extra touches I haven’t seen in previous rentals. We really enjoyed the backyard. It is a short walk to the beach which was nice.

Lovely stay! Just the right balance of access & privacy

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the property did not disappoint! Beautiful, as shown in the pictures. Clean, well stocked, close proximity to the beach, while just far enough to get a good quiet night’s sleep. Well furnished rooms & linen. We didn’t take our pup, but loved the attention and convenience of a pup friendly home! Backyard shower, access from garage and 2nd fridge make this a perfectly thought out, comfortable, relaxing vacation spot!

They house was beautiful and clean with everything we could ask for. The location of the house was great! It has private access to a beach 5 minutes away from the house and great restaurants around the area. Cathy was a great host and very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable! Cathy also provided us with recommendations of restaurants and activities that we could do around the area. We will definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful home, great location!

We had a great time and we’re completely in love with this place! It was beautiful, exactly as pictured. So close to the pool, right down the road from shops and golf cart rentals, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. It was so nice having the driveway and garage since we had two vehicles. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean. Our kids loved having their own beds with a TV in their room. We had everything we needed and this really was the perfect place for our family!

Very clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable.. Home was clean and beds were comfortable, House was nicely decorated. A little bit further from beach than expected. And pool is only 4 feet deep but we stayed at the beach most of the time. Corn hole was an added bonus!

Perfect Ocean getaway!

Perfect spot in Miramar! Quick walk to the beach, but a quiet escape from the noise! So spacious & inviting, very modern, Perfect for our family of 5. We loved hanging on the front porch & the back deck! Kitchen was Awesome to cook meals! Loved the sheets and duvet, so cozy! We were so close to everything, the beach, restaurants, shops, activities! Beautiful community and people. This was just what we needed! We will be back very soon!

Amazing vacation rental!

This property was perfect for our family and friends vacation to Miramar Beach! Plenty of space for the four adults and four kids (ages 1 to 13) in our group, very well kept and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for anything we needed. Cathy helped us coordinate logistics of renting baby gear that we needed, which was so helpful for our first time traveling with our one year old, and provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. This house is in a great location with a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our group also really enjoyed the community pool! We had an amazing time on our vacation and will definitely be coming back to this house in tbe future!!

Perfect

The property was clean, well-stocked, and in a quiet location. The owners were helpful and great to rent from. The rental included soap, shampoo, conditioner, a new kitchen sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue as well as laundry detergent. I was easily able to prepare meals in the kitchen as the home has everything needed to cook. This rental felt like home. This was a 5-star experience!

Spring break

The house was really nice and it was very clean. Cathy was easy to communicate with. The location of the house was a perfect distance from the beach. You are close enough for walking but far enough away from all the chaos. The only negative I would have is the lack of cable tv. The owners do disclose that in their advertising. We would definitely rent the home again.

Beautiful and Super Clean!!

Our vacation here was amazing!! Check in was very easy using the door access codes. This home is so beautiful and was very clean. The beds are really comfortable and such a dream to sleep in every night after a busy day at the beach. Pompano Joe's restaurant is just a 5 minute walk away and was one of our favorite restaurants. Destin's Harbor is a short drive with lots of other restaurant options and shopping. The beach is in walking distance, but if you would rather drive there are options for free parking near the beach access. We loved our stay here so much and hope to be back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
