• Just a 9 minute walk to the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access next to Pompano Joe's restaurant. This location has public parking, public restrooms, and lifeguards and beach wheelchairs during peak season! (If you drive, you may want to get there early as the spots fill up quickly!)
• If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our beach house and has parking!
• Seasonal beach chair + umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee from April - Labor Day at the beach access closest to the Pompano Joe's Restaurant.

“Take It Breezy” is nestled along Scenic 98. There are so many activities to enjoy, including:

✔ The Track and Big Kahunas Waterpark - features go-karts, mini-golf, bumper rides, and a waterpark, catering to the whole family!

THE FINE PRINT

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
