Key West was great - this place was slightly out of the hub Bub which made it ideal and everything was a quick uber ride. beautiful and clean and they left us a delicious key lime pie! Highly recommend.

Key West Stay

We stayed at this property with 8 of us for a bachelor party. It was a great location with the pool, hot tub and beach access. Can get to all of key west within minutes from the property. Would definitely stay here again.

A view to die for

The condo was very nice. The bathrooms need a little updating, but all in all a clean comfortable apartment. The view is what sells the stay. The sunsets and sunrises from anywhere inside are incredible, plus you can listen to the ocean waves all day and night. Everything is fairly close, restaurants and shopping are a quick 5-10 minutes drive away and the beach is a 2 minute walk. We would for sure go back.

Key West Long weekend

Wonderful location if you don't want to be right down on Duval. We were in town for the Half Marathon and wanted a little bit of a lower key atmosphere to prepare for the race. The view was wonderful and the condo is just beautiful!

Amazing Condo that accommodated our group of seven ladies! Very clean and had everything we needed. 2 miles from Duval st. Very quiet and beautiful view! We hope to come back!

Great first visit to Key West

Everything about this property was wonderful and perfect for our family. The balcony views (the end unit nearest the ocean), the pool, the gardens, and the accommodations. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out, everything we needed in the kitchen. Only negative was some noisy construction going on in the building

Fantastic Property

Victor was awesome ...had cake and balloons for our birthday person when we got there. Loved the deck!!! Overall 10/10 stay. Pool was wonderful...next time i am in the Keys will be back!!!

Beautiful Condo

Amazing ocean views, very clean and spacious. Laura checked us in and let us know how it all worked with the garage and how to navigate the facility. We had a rental so everything was easy access. Pool and hot tube were great. Only down side was this was a first floor apartment so could not sit on the deck two long without the bugs biting (? Sand fleas). They were doing construction to the sea wall, was slightly noisy and a lot of orange cones etc, but did not obstruct our view… all of this out of their control and they did give us the option to cancel ahead of time, but we chose to go anyway. Would go again!

Perfect vacation

We had a perfect vacation in Key West. Everything about our condo was great. It was very comfortable, had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice breeze out on the balcony. The unit had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic.The property managers at Last Key Realty were so helpful and made the process very smooth. My family had such a great time we plan to come again and I would definitely recommend staying at Riviera Americana.

Condo Is Amazing/Beach is left for your imagination….

Hello there, If you’re looking for a perfect condo, this one has charm. We were able to cook three big meals, the showers were great, along with the washer and dryer. The rental company of course can’t help this, but currently 6-1-24 there is heavy construction just outside two of the bedrooms, the workers do start very early (sun up). There is a road that is also just outside the condo and can be loud to sit out there as well. Again nothing the rental business can help. Lastly there is a sandy area that you can relax in, but all along the coast of this sandy area is rocks and lots and lots of glass. It’s not safe to walk on out there without shoes. Seaweed is a major problem as well from mid-may to mid June. It’s really bad in this area apparently. The actual groups, pool, hot tube and restrooms on site are very, “VERY” clean. It was a safe and happy place the entire time we were there. If it had a better beech access and cleaner beech we would definitely use this location again.

This property was beautiful! It has everything you need and if something is missing you just have to ask the property management and they'll help you out! They are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

A Birthday to Remember in Key West!

We recently stayed at the breathtaking Riviera Americana and it was nothing short of a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The property itself was an absolute gem - impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset cocktail on the balcony overlooking the ocean, or whipping up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, every moment was pure bliss. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Being able to easily explore all that Key West has to offer while having a luxurious and comfortable home to return to each day was truly priceless. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Victor and Company. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for their guests' comfort and satisfaction were unmatched. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find birthday balloons adorning the living room, a decadent birthday cake waiting in the kitchen, and a mouthwatering Key Lime pie chilling in the fridge. In short, our stay at this VRBO property was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this little slice of paradise in Key West! Thank you, Victor, for an unforgettable experience. We'll be recommending your property to our friends and family.

Very convenient location - nice apartment

Really nice apartment. The overall building seemed a little tired, but the apartment was very nice, pool area also very nice. The only downside, and this is temporary, is the construction going on right beside the building. When that is completed, it is a really easy 1-2 minute walk to be on Smathers Beach, one of Key West's better beaches.

Nice big pool. Very secure building. Near beaches. Our condo was very nice and had everything - it is on the first floor with some rooms/doors facing right at a boulevard busy road. We had construction during our visit. You do need a Uber or golf cart to get to most restaurants or the Marina/Duval area. Ubers come within minutes. They were plentiful and fast.

The ocean views were outstanding! Victor was so very helpful! Garage parking was convenient and easy. The two beds we used were very comfortable. The pool area is great. We didn’t use the beach chairs and ocean extras extras but there are some for guests use. The following is to help the condo be even better and perhaps more reflective of the cost: The road view was busier and louder than expected. We would have handled it but there was also construction on the road/beach/retaining walls literally next to the condo. This was bad timing/luck for us as it was very loud and disruptive. Some advance notice or even a token discount or gift certificate would have eased the sting of the condo’s cost for getting ocean views with a giant crane and loud drilling. The condo is beautiful even if it needs some updating (couch & swivel chairs should be replaced as they are worn and difficult to get up from. And how about a footrest of any kind..?) A couple more outdoor cushions would have been nice as the balcony furniture is well made but pretty hard. Victor got us a seemingly sturdy grab bar for the elderly guest to use when showering, but it would not stay on either shower wall; so, FYI there are no handles or rails for getting in and out of the tub/shower. It also would be nicer if the grout in certain places would get bleached or replaced. A bench or chair in the primary bedroom is needed, perhaps in other rooms too. And lastly, the pool was way too overheated, warmer than a bath.
