Esta casa tiene una sorprendente vista de la piscina y el lago desde casi todas las habitaciones. En el momento en que entras en esta casa, te recibe una vista impresionante a través de su hermosa sala de estar formal, con acceso a la terraza y a la gran piscina. Disfrute del lago resplandeciente con aves, patos, tortugas, nutrias y muchos otros animales salvajes por los cuales los lagos de nuestra comunidad de Briarwood son conocidos por

La suite principal tiene una cama king size y un gran baño principal equipado con ducha y bañera romana. Una puerta corrediza de vidrio para la piscina y el área de lanai hacen de este un lugar hermoso para dormir.

Hay otros dos dormitorios en el lado opuesto de la casa que comparten el segundo baño y un cuarto dormitorio con su tercer baño privado en la sala de estar.

Tanto el segundo como el tercer dormitorio cuentan con dos camas individuales con muebles de madera blanca, decorados al estilo de Florida y el cuarto dormitorio se configura como una segunda suite principal con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 26 "y su propio baño privado.

La piscina está orientada al suroeste y tiene vistas a un hermoso lago con mucho espacio para tomar el sol y entretenerse.

Property and location were good. Mgmt experience was unprofessional and horrible. The manager threatened to evict us because we complained about the washing machine not working and took over a week to fix. She was rude, combative and unprofessional. Will not recommend CNE to anyone.

Birthday Celebration

Great place for a group. Very roomy and accommodating. My only problem was we would blow a circuit when more than one hair dryer was used. Circuit panel may need to be updated. Also, the dining room chairs could use new padding. They were very hard for us card players.

The overall cleanliness of house was not as good as previous years. The refrigerator filter need to be replaced. The blinds in master bedroom did not work properly and we had to use sheet for privacy. The left sink stopper in master bedroom does not go up and down. We will still be coming next year.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness. The tile floor had sand and things that stuck to your feet, which right away Made me feel dirty. The shower had hair on the walls like it wasn’t wiped down. The couch had dirt and crumbs in the creases. The counter was clear but not wiped off completely, had dried stuff on it. It made a nice home for vacation but was not very satisfied with the cleanliness.

Sun loungers and patio furniture appeared to be brand new and condition and cleanliness inside the villa was first rate also. We had one minor issue on arrival, but this was sorted within minutes by the on-site management team. We would definitely book this property again.

Home is situated in a very nice gated community. Close to downtown only 8-10 minutes away. Close to other beaches and shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

April Naples Visit

Property was in a great Naples neighborhood. Although we did not use any of the community amenities it was a great knowing they were there if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with just about any item you needed. Plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was great. House didn't seem as clean as other homes we have stayed in however we would stay in this home again.

The glass door going to the patio was very stiff and hard to open and close. The cleanliness was also not up to par. My wife and I spent the first hour and half cleaning. There was hair on the floor in the bathrooms.

Beautiful home and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this well appointed home and would definitely return. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the pool area and lake view. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. We also appreciated the fence/gate that was easily installed around the pool for the safety of our young grandchildren who visited us. The property managers were also readily available if we had any questions or concerns. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to the current circumstances but hope to return as soon as we can!
