Welcome to Property 366, a delightful pet-friendly waterfront cottage nestled on the serene shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough. This cozy lakeside gem offers a perfect retreat with its inviting level yard, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find classic charm paired with modern comfort. The single-level Ambrose Cove cottage features two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full, plus a pullout sofa to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The cottage embraces a casual camp-style vibe, enhanced by fresh upholstery and bedding, while a wood stove provides warmth on cooler nights.
Step out onto the screen porch to take in peaceful lake views or stroll down to the natural shoreline for a refreshing dip in the clear waters. The private dock can accommodate up to a 27-foot boat, making it an excellent spot for boaters or simply to relax and watch the activity at the nearby marina.
Only 20 minutes from downtown Wolfeboro, you’ll have easy access to fantastic dining, shopping, and other Lakes Region attractions. Whether you're looking for a laid-back lakeside getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this cottage has it all! (Please Park in the driveway only).
Important things to note before booking. There is absolutely no parking anywhere other than the driveway (one car behind the other) and trailer storage next to shed. No vehicles to the side of the driveway or past the boulders due to septic field!!! No washing of boats in the water or on land! This pertains to vehicles on the property as well. Campfires of any kind are NOT permitted anywhere on this property.
Allow Pets: Yes - There is a pet fee of $175 plus tax per pet, with a 2-pet maximum.
