However there is a spacious sectional couch that reclines on both ends downstairs should someone prefer to sleep there.
This brilliant property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 6 twin bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests will feel nice and comfortable during their stay.
Enjoy amenities like fully stocked kitchen for cooking, marble counter tops, large island with farm sink, overlooks the open Dining and living room, abundance of natural light, tall ceilings with open floor plan for entertaining or relaxing.
Enjoy the smart TV's throughout and wifi. Log into your favorite apps and stream away! There is a private workspace with doors off of the Living room, AC, a washing machine and dryer to make your vacation stress-free. Living room opens to the comfortable screened in porch area with full furnishings to lounge, outdoor high top dining and real wood burning fireplace.

The propane grill is located right outside the back porch.
A private small putting green and fire pit with seating right outside your door. Chiminea with seating on the other side of the screened porch. Guest have full access to the two car garage and also two car driveway for up to 4 vehicles total.

There is so much to enjoy in Carlton Landing. Nestled between Redbud Park and the Tower court swimming pool(seasonal), on the Boardwalk pool/hot tub(Hot tub open all year), pop-up-shops(seasonal), hiking trails, Tennis/pickleball, Bocce ball and ping pong table.
"The Meeting House" offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, full bar for drinks. If you are feeling something different "Mamma Tiggs Pizza" they also offer Sandwiches, salads, desserts and Drinks. Everything here in Carlton Landing is walkable but if you prefer to rent a golf cart there are two businesses that offer these services.
