Gardeners of the estate and pool staff come once per week. Property manager is available for assistance during your stay if needed.

The home, pool and patio areas are intended for your use. Inside property's main gate, after this home, the road leads to a second gate and home which is all privately owned (not intended for guests' use).



Enter the property's estate secured by automatic gates and head up the driveway surrounded by nature until you reach your double covered car ports and the marble staircase heading up to the front door.

Inside: Comfortable living area and spacious terrace overlooking the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, three bedrooms with a/c, one half bathroom in living area and two en-suite full bathrooms. NEW: remodeled bathrooms, a/c in living space, a/c in kitchen, dining table for eight, bedroom furniture and luxury bedroom curtains for our guests.

Outside: Vast and luscious outdoors composed of matured trees, 8 feet deep large pool and gazebo area. Rural area of 6 acres full of nature (insects, lizards, coquis, salamanders, spiders, snakes, birds, and other are all expected in their habitat and some of them might visit).

Car rental is necessary to travel through Aguadilla.
