With a view that will leave your mind still and your heart happy, we invite you to see Rincon from "Tranquilo" our sanctuary in the sky. Conveniently located in the sought-after Puntas area. Every square inch of this amazing luxury, courtyard-style villa was created with clear intent; one of artistry and enjoyment. For the first time ever, we open our doors to you!

Tranquilo embraces an open air, light-filled layout with 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (studio has 1/2 bath) and separate entrance. All bedrooms have their own entrance, creating privacy within your group making the home perfect for multiple couples and older families alike. On the second floor you'll find the 3 main bedrooms all leading to the outdoor lounge area with stunning views. Perfect for whale watching! On the first floor you have the 4th bedroom, living area, kitchen, dining, laundry room, 1/2 shared bath with steps to the pool. Sit in the infinity pool watching the waves break at world renowned Sandy Beach-just 350 steps away.

Please note, there is *NO HOT TUB* just a smaller area that does not heat up.

The hill to access the house is VERY steep, only walkable if you are in the condition to do so :). It gets slippery when it rains and can be difficult to drive up.

We loved our stay here. The pool was our favorite! Close to the beach and great for older kids. Highly recommend. As others have mentioned, when it rains it’s hard to get up the steep hill. Four wheel drive is definitely necessary in bad weather. One other thing to note is to come prepared with your own toiletries like shampoo and if you plan to cook in the beautiful kitchen you should also come prepared with spices and oil. We would def stay here again. Great communication with the management team.

If you can get a 4x4 vehicle it will come in handy when it rains. Please ask any questions you may have before booking! We do not provide spices as they do not last long in the tropical climate. My family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed the house very much. It’s a beautiful home and a great location. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house manager was very attentive and addressed our issues immediately.What we enjoyed: location, view, cleanliness, quietness, pool, patio, communication/attentiveness, convenience store, beach access/hotel bar/restaurant only a few steps away. Things to consider: VERY steep hill down to beach/town. Found it difficult to drive up especially after a rain. And easier to drive to beach rather than walk with multiple belongings House layout was unique. Uncovered external access to bedrooms.I would definitely recommend this tranquil and coastal home. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The views were just amazing yet there was plenty of privacy. Several outdoor seating areas meant that everyone could find their own little nook for some peace and quiet. The beach was just a few minutes walk away yet we loved just hanging by the pool while listening to the roar of the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home! Stayed here with family (group of 8). It had everything we could ask for. View was amazing and so was the property! Had beaches and restaurants in walking distance, which was nice. Would definitely love to stay here again!

House was fantastic allowing for whole family group to be together and also for the 20 something’s to be loud at night without disturbing anyone. Well equipped and responsive hosts. And finally, what a chill location for a week with family!

Great location!

Our family had a great time here. We could walk a lot of places, and other places were a short drive away. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing views

Tranquillo is a beautiful property. Loved the pool bar with grill and all the covered outdoor spaces to gather. Short walk bars and beaches. Great for our gang ages 50-18.

Fabulous

Fabulous house with wonderful pool and gorgeous views of the ocean. Our family of 9 ages 9-81 had a wonderful week of swimming, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding, jet skiing and surfing all within close proximity to Tranquilo. Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to spend our week.

4th of July trip

The house is gorgeous! The view is stunning! We had a wonderful time in the pool grilling on the back porch. It’s very close to Sandy Beach and all of the great surfing spots in Rone. We had a wonderful time.

The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for our adult group of 9. The layout allowed us to visit and not feel crowded. Our morning ocean view was a treat and our upper balcony star gazing was splendid. This house is close to dining spots, close to beaches and Rincon. This house is a revisit next time we come to Rincon!!

Tranquilo Paradise

This property is amazing. The place in Rincon, Puerto Rico was a Paradise for our family. The house is as a little castle on top of a mountain facing the ocean. We are very happy about the property and will love to return.

Beyond words!

Tranquilo is truly a paradise in Rincon. The home is stunning, the exterior is like your own private resort, and the property managers are on top of anything you might need while youre there. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Great house and location

Great location off Sandy Beach. Close to beach bar restaurants. Hosts were attentive. The house is roomy and private even for my large family. It was well stocked. The views are incredible from inside the house the pool deck and outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend as it has both a great location as well as a large beautiful house with views.

60 bday celebration

The place was nicer than the pictures. That's often not the case so we were pleasantly surprised. Vacationing during a country-wide power outage had its challenges, however the property manager responded in a timely manner to all concerns/issues.

Throughout their stay we ran the full service backup generator whenever the power was out and they had full power for their stay. Based on the review, I assume the 4 star rating was toward the island's power service and not the house or our management services. Any questions, please ask...see you soon!

Tranquillo 2024

Great house and great host. Ryan and Erica knocked out of the park with the house recommendations and their services. It made our trip for 2024 and we are looking forward to staying in one of their properties in 2025.
