Watch the sun rise in this relaxing ocean front, beach front space by the pier

Located adjacent to the St Augustine Pier and park, this clean, quiet, family friendly condo is in a small ocean front complex on St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy pool and ocean views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom of this 2 bed, 2.5 bath unit.
Access to the flat is by stairs (no elevator). Upon entry into the unit, which is on the 2nd floor of the building, you will find the Living room, kitchen and half bath, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs (3rd floor of building). The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and extra-long twin bunk on top.
The laundry area is located at the master bedroom entry, and there are TV's in both the master and guest bedroom.
There is non-slip tile flooring throughout the flat.
There are 2 parking spots (one assigned) and one guest spot. Additional vehicles must park off site. Assorted beach toys are available for your enjoyment.
The St. Augustine Pier offers beach volleyball courts, Bocce Ball, playground, Kids Splash Park, and a Farmers Market every Wednesday, in addition to free concerts and other events throughout the year.
The flat is within easy walking distance to a variety of places to eat including Antonio’s Pizza, Sunset Grill, Crabbies, Salt Life, Burrito Works, Jack’s BBQ and Brewery, and The Beachcomber, just to name a few. It’s about 3 miles from the historic district, and very close to Anastasia State Park, The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. On your way downtown, you will pass the favorite spot for locals to eat fried shrimp....O'Steen's. Bring cash, they do not take credit cards.
There are two major grocery store chains 2 miles to the south, on A1A, and a convenience store and gas station across the street.

First time in St. Augustine

Great location. Beach view. Easy beach access. Close to great amenities. Check in easy.However, the stay was slightly tarnished by the fact that they only provided limited toilet paper for a family of 4 for 5 days. We were told to provide for ourselves. What the accommodations offer should be listed in the description. I bring my own shampoo- I don’t bring my own TP.

Loved our stay! We came with our toddler and had a great time. You really can't beat the location: right on the beach, has a pool, splash pad from the city right next door, and a lot of food options within walking distance. The pizza place and ice next door are great!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great view even thought our room was set far back. Only complaint was the toaster is in need of being replaced. But great space for kids and great location!

Location is fantastic. Beach,town, and restaurant access were great. Furnishings and appliances were kind of beat up and in need of updating. We were not prepared for two full flights of stairs. One to get to the front door and another to get to the bedrooms once in. TVs were nice but cable was only available in std. definition. Didnt do justice to the tvs. We had a very good vacation but the condo itself was just OK.

How can you not love this place? Yeah, the stairs weren't fun, but with a view like that off the balcony, the beach SO close, and plenty within walking distance along the street, that more than made up for the brief inconvenience of a staircase! Location is everything, and this complex couldn't be located any more favorably. Within the condo? First class, all the way through! Much appreciated! --- Mike Clapp

Was a good stay overall! If you have small children be aware there is tiled steps and floors no rugs so be very careful! Also was a little dirty...I recommend wearing shoes or socks within first hour of being there my feet were black...Kitchen is a little outdated but had everything you need! Definitely would recommend a new toaster! Bring tiolet paper also, there was one roll in each bathroom but that was it. Upstairs was warm made sleeping a little hard Definitely recommend a unit upstairs bc also the washer and dryer are up there so I definitely recommend just using those at night as it causes more heat there and Beds were comfortable! Also make note they do have a lock on the thermostat so you can only set it to a certain temp...was a little weird as we visit very warm places often and never had that. The hosts were very responsive and nice! Very goos pizza place next door and nice pool. The beach is a little ways away as they did a project to extend it! Being a beach umbrella! Also fridge doesnt have a ice maker but there is ice trays but we just bought ice. Tv has cable/direct tv...if you try and use netflix or YouTube any app features it takes a very long time to load and at times was unresponsive. ..internet is very slow we couldnt connect our devices/phones bc the tv wouldn't load if you did!

Visiting for a Show

We stayed with his property for four days while we were seeing a multi night show at the Saint Augustine amphitheater. It was perfect. We rode bikes to the show and went out afterwards place with spotless and had all the amenities.

Comfortable clean condo

This condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The pool was nice to relax in after the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs! The owners responded to all our questions and were easy to communicate with.

Great location, view, and hosts

We enjoyed the fabulous view from the balcony and unit. Unit was well equipped. The hosts were very gracious when we had to leave early because of an impending hurricane. The unit could use some updates, but is very serviceable. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfectly Comfortable

My family (2 adults, 2 seniors, 1 toddler) stayed at this location for 4 nights and it was really perfect. I didn't read enough about the stairs, which were explicitly written in the description. I think my family would have benefited from a place with an elevator or a ground floor, but that's definitely on me. We had everything we needed and the property manager, Alison, was very responsive to any questions we had in the days leading up, as well as during our stay. I do believe the cleaning crew could do a little better job, but it's the beach and it certainly didn't hinder our experience. The pool was very clean and it was very quiet. We would come back for sure.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our escape from the hustle to the beach. We found the accommodations clean and comfortable. The environment was warm and inviting, a true home away from home. The beach was a close walk and there were plenty of food options within close range.

Fantastic

We booked a Monday- Friday stay with our two granddaughters. This condo was perfect. The two stories gave a bit of room and privacy. The location could not have been better. Walking distance to many restaurants. Short drive to the historic area and of course an easy walk to the beach! We would stay here again.

WEEKEND TRIP

We were expecting the beach to be as close to the property as in the picture "the picture on the ad might have been taken prior to the damages on the beach" however, the actual beach is currently hundreds of feet away and had to walk through very hot construction sand not to mention cuts to the bottom of the feet from beach filled broken shells. Unit needs updating (old kitchen & some worn and dirty furniture. Expected better after spending almost a $1000.00 for the weekend. MP
