Olga, thank you for your review of our property. We do our best to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay. It is very clearly stated in the property description that the garage is inaccessible at the property. There are 4 parking spots directly outside, but the garage is used by the owners for personal items, which is very common for many of the properties we manage here. We also have our contact information posted in many locations within the lodge and always respond to guests. We were never contacted during your stay. It is a bit confusing that you are writing a review from an account that wasn't actually used to make the reservation. The account we have been communicating with is Vitalie B. and we received no response communications from that account? Perhaps there was a system glitch that disrupted the communications flow?
