The space
This freshly remodeled light, bright, spacious penthouse is a one of a kind 2Br/2BA w/2 very large Terraces and is located right on the beach featuring unobstructed views of the Ocean throughout the apt. You may open the sliding doors and enjoy the breeze or take advantage of the AC. Unit includes Washer-dryer Combo, drinkable tap water, high Speed WIFI, linen, towels & coded door locks- so no need to take a key to the beach !

The interior design is modern and includes a fully equipped kitchen. It features two single beds in one BR and a king size bed in the master BR each with a private bathroom. The Master BR features a private terrace, feets away from the ocean, that is completely secluded. The other large terrace is connected to the living room which features a new couch, dining table, flat screen TV etc. Both terraces have comfortable outdoor furniture that allow you to relax , admire the spectacle of pro kite surfers or enjoy amazing Caribbean sunsets.

To add to the convenience the Apt comes with with a storage locker on the bottom floor so no need to bring the gear into the apt if you don’t want to.
Guest access
The Penthouse is located on the very top of the building that is right in front of the beach which is to the left of the pool.

During your stay, you'll have access to all hotel amenities: swimming pool, deck chairs,garden and kite pack down area, area-wide wifi and 24h. security.The apt features its own fast speed Wifi. Most importantly you are next to the onsite beach restaurant which offers food and drinks all day featuring a mix of Dominican and International cuisine at very reasonable rate. The onsite Kite School and rental was the first kite school in the DR and has the reputation as one of the best kite schools in the DR. Note: When you enter the entrance area please follow the pathway straight towards the beach all the way to the end. The Penthouse is located on the very top of the building that is right in front of the beach which is to the left of the pool.

Watersports
Kite Beach is one of the best locations for kitesurfing in the world. It provides ideal wind conditions both for beginners or experienced riders. You rather surf? Kite Beach is next to Encuentro Beach with amazing surf all year around hosting annual world championships. It is also the home of highly rated schools for you or your kids. Windsurfing, Hydrofoil? No problem. And if you like to be rather below the water.. Nearby, Scuba Diving and snorkeling offer endless opportunities to explore the vibrant coral reefs along the marine coastline. Net/Net: if you like watersport: This is the place for you.

Location
While secluded you are only 5 min away from Cabarete Center where you find shops and family friendly as well as romantic restaurants right on the beach. In the other direction and on the side of the spectrum you can enjoy the nightlife of Sosua (15 min drive).
The common area offers a tropical and quite garden providing as well as an onsite restaurant/bar & kite school and rental

CLEAN
We take pride in our cleanliness rating and our staff thoroughly cleans the entire condo ahead of your arrival. We charge a one time $30 dollars for cleaning after guest check-out.For stays of 14 days and longer, we also provide complimentary weekly maid service.

A favor to ask…
Electricity in the Dominican Republic,being an Island, is expensive, so please do your part to help keep costs down. This apartment has an electricity meter, and if you use an excessive amount of electricity, we might have to charge you extra at the end of your stay. We don’t want to do that and it is really easy to avoid. All you have to do is turn of the Air Conditioner or lights of when you leave the apt and it shouldn’t be an issue.

Regulations
The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 4
The number of 4 individuals can never be exceeded for this home at any time. If you have a small child (under 10) that you would like to register as a fifth person please let me know and we may be able to accommodate for an extra charge.
You must be 21 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
Check out time is 11:00am. Depending on the occupancy we may be able to arrange for a later check out.
