Recientemente renovado estudio pasos a la playa de arena larga. La unidad tiene una cama queen y una cama doble, sofá, cocina bien surtida, baño con cabina de ducha nueva, mesa de cocina con capacidad para 4 personas, televisión por cable, Internet, aire acondicionado, terraza, parrilla de gas y lavadora y secadora en el lugar.

Disfrute de una cabaña de estudio limpia y ordenada, a 200 pasos de la playa, con un excelente patio para que jueguen los niños después de pasar un día lleno de diversión en la playa. Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento en la calle.

Tienes que proporcionar tus propias toallas y forros. Una cama queen y una cama full.

Hay restaurantes a poca distancia y 1 1/2 al zoológico de York, galerías y tiendas y restaurantes.

Sept stay

Perfect spot for an impromptu stay the 1st week of September. Close proximity to beach. Water is perfect this time of year and tide charts were on my side! Would definitely book another short stay again.

Great little getaway

Cute little studio for two people. We could walk to the beach in minutes. Maura was very helpful when we had questions. Only drawback is the very small shower.

All you need- great location!

This place is a prefect spot! You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes! The trolley stops right up the street at the corner. You can take that to Shirt Sands then catch another shuttle up to Perkins Cove in Ogunquit. Everything is convenient and close. The unit is clean and tidy with everything you need right there. There's a small deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean air. The owners are great...I would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful place but need car to actually see a sandy beach

The place was cute and yes the beach is a 2 minute walk. What was left out was the beach that was within a 2 minute walk plus easily an additional 30 minutes was absolutely zero sand and just rocks and huge steps. I feel mislead. I wish it specified that a car would be needed if interested in places to eat, or to go to an arcade, or to have an actual sandy beach experience. There were no shops within walking distance either. If you are willing to drive all over and pay for parking, then this place will work, it just didn't work for my family. I thought Long Sands Beach meant that there would actually be a sand beach. Sadly, that was not the case. uld be needed to

Perfect for a small getaway

The studio space was perfect for my mini vacation. It does have two beds, and conceivably sleep four, five if someone slept on the couch, but it would be very cozy quarters. Other than that, the location to the beach was great, and the space was clean and exactly as listed. The property owners provided detailed information, and I appreciated the keyless entry, I didn't have to worry about losing a key at the beach! I'd visit Harmony Hall again!

Small!

The space was small with a lot of furniture. There were two large beds which were both very soft. The kitchen was well stocked but the silverware was rusty. We loved the location. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach. There were restaurants within walking distance. We also walked into the town one day.

Perfect!!

We could not have asked for a better week in York! The location of the cottage was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, a few minute drive to things like Nubble lighthouse and York’s little downtown area. The cottage is cozy & adorable, it was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculately clean and had a perfectly stocked kitchen - we had everything we needed for the nights we stayed in and cooked. Thank you so much! Will definitely be booking for next summer!

Very clean property

This property was very clean and had all amenities as advertised. It is only a few minutes walk to the ocean. This property is perfect for 2 adults, kinda tight with 4 adults, the kitchen and bathroom are on the small side. The property owners have a supply of beach chairs and boogie boards as well as 2 gas grills. The onsite laundry options are excellent. I would stay here again.
