The place was immaculate and very spacious! The beds were very comfortable and the host was accommodating with a few “last minute” changes. They were very easy to communicate with and we will definitely stay again as the neighborhood was very active and family friendly.

Birthday gathering

My 3 daughters had a couple friends for a birthday gathering stay here. It was the perfect location! Walking distance from restaurants and a grocery store, there was plenty of space and a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is about location, location, location and an awesome property owner! We loved seeing the beautiful homes as we walked around the area. Close to shops, amazing restaurants, and the trolley. The unit had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, extra bedding, extra beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only caution for this property is that the front bedroom is on the street so you hear more activity than the back bedroom. It’s very typical to have one-paned windows in older homes, so just a little heads up….the front bedroom has the best view for watching what’s going on in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Doug!

This place was in the Garden District perfect area! We were in town for my graduation in the Smoothie King Center but had our 2 kids and mother with us. We didnt want to stay in the French Quarter but wanted to stay somewhere more family friendly and safe. This location was in the middle of Magazine St where all the eateries and shops are at. We were able to walk to the trolly (1.25 one way one person use the app) to the French Quarter and spent half a day sightseeing there and the kids wanted to go back to Magazine St. The condo itself was roomy but there are stairs to get up and down the condo so grandma had to take her time going up and down. It was equipped with a keurig and all kitchen essentials. Same with bathroom. We parked our car on Eighth St. by the condo for 3 days and it was free and safe we took Ubers everywhere bc it was cheaper than the price and hassle of parking in touristy places. There’s a market and Walgreens down the street in walking distance. Definitely will recommend this condo to friends and family!

AMAZING LOCATION

This property was everything we needed and more. It’s spacious and well appointed. The location is perfect for exploring many parts of New Orleans-uptown, garden district, downtown, etc. The area is walkable with several restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We will stay there again!

Location and coziness!!!

Extremely happy with our stayed here. We used to live in New Orleans so we knew staying at Magazine St was the right choice. Locals stores, restaurants and bar are all walking distance and downtown New Orleans just a street car ride away. The only downside was the bathroom is too small for a family of six. Maybe that third room with the sofa could be used in the future to expand the bathroom. Communication with host was perfect. Would definitely stayed here again.

This was an excellent choice for our overnight stay! Good food was within a short walk. We enjoyed Joey K’s and The Ruby Slipper! Condo was clean and had all that we needed. We were a little stressed about parking initially, but it worked out fine, as we were able to find a spot close by. We utilized Uber to our concert and to the French Market without any problem. We would definitely stay again!
