We were very disappointed and frankly extremely discouraged by your rental. I don’t know you at all but we have rented literally hundreds of places all over the world and have a lot of experience with them. Your flat has a lot of great potential, large, bright, sunny and in a great location. The rental however is a complete dump. I didn’t have the time to see/read/review the one review that another guest wrote—however after I did, I can see that they were spot on in everything they wrote. Please note that I have been in constant communications with VRBO management about your rental and the condition of the place. I sent them a link the first morning we arrived that contains time/date stamped photos showing all the defects in the apartment as well as the many problems.The flat was filthy with so much wrong and broken that I found it pretty shocking to be honest. Your listing stated something very weird about “toilet treats and 3-days”. That doesn’t make any sense I any world that live in. But what I do know is that after traveling a cross-country flight, arriving late at night finding out that the front door access is broken and we have to navigate dangerous back stairs with no lights, trying to access a lock that is so rusted the key barely goes in or turns properly. After arrival we found no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, to Kleenex, no paper towels and no coffee maker. It was a dump.
