Spacious 3-bedroom Duplex condo

I was surprised that we did not receive a 5-Star rating, considering I think we hit all of the markers that should carry the most weight when completing a rating. For instance, communication, cleanliness, and flexibility. I know we hit all of these markers, especially on the flexibility considering you were given a 2 hour late check-out. This typiccally is an additional fee. I feel the comments about the furniture and curtains should not have carried weight because these are based on your personal preferences or on things we cannot control like the light post. Especially since we disclosed the apperance of each of the bedroom/rooms on our site and were given ample time to consider when making your reservation or at the very least inquired about if it were that important to you. Again, location and price were your first priority; the other categories, cleanliness, communication and flexibility we aced. Nonetheless, your comments "extremely happy with your stay" and "would stay here again" is what counts. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

If you could share and provide a little more context as to the reason for the rating despite giving a 5 accross all categories. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
