The condo itself is an explosion of bright, beachy color with lots of aqua, lime green and yellow! A combo living/dining/kitchen area includes flat-screen TV and dining seating for four. The bedroom features a queen bed (and more bright, fun beach decor!) and flat-screen TV. There are 2 built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. THESE BUNK BEDS ARE SMALLER IN SIZE AND WILL ONLY ACCOMMODATE SMALL ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

This condo has everything you need to experience a wonderfully relaxing ""Forever Summer"" atmosphere, along with the pool and the beach! Just perfect for the ultimate beach getaway! There are also community charcoal grills available at the front of Building A.

Forever Summer is located in Savannah Beach and Racquet Club (SBRC) on quiet north end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. While there is a beach and beach access, there is no large wave action. You can watch the dolphins frolic and gaze at the cargo ships and shrimp boats as they sail to and from the Port of Savannah. You can also enjoy the beautiful Tybee sunsets!

We apologize for the inconvenience but pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY 1 CAR PASS FOR THIS CONDO and there is not an ability to purchase more. A parking pass will be left for you in the condo and must be displayed in the windshield of your car. No golf carts allowed on property. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the condo are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

Perfect place to crash for a trip that you plan to spend at the beach. Space was small, good fit for a couple. Minimal kitchen space but I really like the property and will be back.

Throughly enjoyed this condo for a little get away! It isnt beachfront, but you can see the water just enough to remember youre by the beach! The condo was clean and cute and had everything we needed. The rental company, Tybee Joy, was honeslty a "JOY" to rent with! Joy herself, along with Ray were so hospitable and I cant wait to go back again and rent from them3

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok Property is very old and very rundown. The hallways were extremely uncomfortable and hot to walk-through. It was difficult to find the unit. The gate situation was difficult for a lot of guests. The front of the refrigerator was disgustingly filthy the oven barely heated. There were no potholders whatsoever.The elevator, you need to take a set of stairs from outside to get to it, which defeats the purpose of using an elevator, and the elevator just groans when it runs.The beach is extremely convenient, so of course that made up for a rundown facility. It was adequate for a quick getaway, but it was just very very rundown.

This was the perfect place right on the beach. I was in town for an ultramarathon and this rental made the pre race prep and post race recovery effortless. We were able to contact the host quickly Saturday evening when we had a question. It was comfortable and had everything my daughter and I needed. The room was quiet. I didn’t hear anything from other guests in the building. No one was on the beach early in the morning so it was very relaxing. Next time we will stay longer so we can try more of the restaurants nearby.

We’re so glad the condo made both your prep and recovery easy, and that you were able to enjoy the quiet and those peaceful early mornings on the beach. That are of Tybee is well known "hang out" spot for dolphins so hope you were able to catch a glimpse of a few of them swimming around.
