Two blocks from Red Light Roastery Coffee Shop and close to Hot Springs National Park. This charming 1940s cottage is a great place to stay in between your adventures around Hot Springs. It is conveniently located very close to Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and dozens of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails for all levels!

Park Avenue and Uptown is experiencing a revitalization and fast becoming a special place to be. It is a very diverse neighborhood with many of our neighbors walking and biking for transportation.

Close to public bus transportation, hiking trails around the corner and a 1 mile, ~25 minute walk to downtown.

Please park on the driveway of the property. The house and the property are non-smoking.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs at this house, it is a perfect cozy area and barely a mile from bathhouse row and all of the shops/restaurants. The host made the check in process completely painless and was very quick to reply to any messages.

Perfect for a weekend stay!

We were here for a weekend to visit family in the area and this cute quaint cottage was perfect for what we needed! Owners were great with communicating and check-in and out was easy!

Great Little House

Lovely quiet property away from the bustle but easily accessible to downtown. Comfortable mattresses and everything was nicely set up. Host was easily reachable. I recommend this property!

The property and location is fantastic! Right off Park Ave, within walking distance to the best coffee in Hot Springs. The cabin is great for families and has everything you’d need.

The house was a good overnight stay for us. The kids loved the games and small snacks provided. The main bedroom door would not shut, and the coffeehouse has moved (that was one main reason we picked this place), but I appreciated the cleanliness of the house and stand-up fan in the main bedroom.

Little Yellow House

This was a sweet little house that was probably 60 year old and very clean. It has all of the things needed when staying away from home. We only stayed over night but we did enjoy our stay. It also had a pen if you brought dogs with you.

Great location and cute house

The location made it very easy to drive into town and there was plenty of parking. The area was quiet and relaxing. The house was a great size for our quick trip. It was cozy and charming. The bed was too firm for us and I wish I brought my own pillow. Otherwise, it was good house in a very convenient spot.

Good, clean, comfortable

Had a great stay, no complaints about the property or hosts. Just be aware that the coffee shop that is described as next door in the listing is no longer open. We were looking forward to the ultimate convenience, but alas, the coffee shop had relocated down the highway. Still only a five minute walk one way, so not too far. Would stay here again.

Great spot in Hot Springs

This is a lovely cottage in a tree lined neighborhood. Walking distance to the coffee shop. Short drive to trails and downtown. Communication was great with the owner. Not a fancy house but one with a great vibe to it. Super comfortable.There is no stove, though I assume that's in the description and it didn't bother me because we hadn't planned on cooking. There is a hot plate and a coffee maker. Highly recommend!
